This company is a very legit company and they schedule delivery of medications used by the client. They have never been anything but polite to me and I'm surprised to hear anything different.  Good Luck finding a better company !!

I keep getting calls and as soon as I answer it just disconnects. I think it's related to a botox rx But if I can't get a person I cannot do anything. They're calling three times a day too

They are doing you a favor so you don't run out of your meds.  I get a very expensive rx from them and if all I have to do is say yes a couple of times, no biggie.  Do you think they are doing it to annoy you.  Do you know how annoying it would be to have to SAY that blurb so many times a day and probably for minimum wage?  Do you think there are no idiots that forget to tell them when something has changed?  It's their a** on the line if something gets screwed up.  If you don't like them, move on to another friendlier company.

This company sucks. They just bought or merged with Curascript and I hate them. Worst, slowest, dumbest customer service on earth. Their computers are slow that I picture their reps sitting there with those giant boxy monitors, huge processors under the desk, staring at white letters scrolling up on blue screens. I have to deal with this piece o $&$@ company because my insurance forces me to.

Got a call from this number (901-381-7555) today. Googling the number gave me the Accredo name. The message did not say who the call was for, gave no name of company, just said, basically, call us back to answer some questions. CuraScript, which is the company from which we get specialty meds, always leaves a message saying the name of the company, who the call is for, and that they want to arrange a shipment. If this company is actually legit, they need to change their message, because, as far as I am concerned they are a scam outfit making a cold call.

Let your doctors know these Reps at this company LIE about being staff at your doctors' offices stating they are verifying your insurance for pharmacy coverage. Most health care carriers state to companies that are not contracted doctors the patients themselves that the carrier is not permitted to disclose your policy information other than to the doctor or the patient themselves. I receive approxiamately 10-12 calls a day at my job from these LIARS who say "yes, iI'm calling from the doctor's office..." and they are not! They what they muct to guarantee if THEY ship whatever medication to your doctor to get COMISSION on a sale! NOTHING MORE!!!! Not to mention if it's a medication that you probably don't need (thus, most of the medications are very strong reacting and have not been around long enough to show CORRECTIVE results).

That's as bad as a BP Rep calling from the Corporate Office asking what your ulitity bill has been for the last 3 months through your utility company (for your house).... Yeah, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!

Just watch out!

Yes, it's Accredo. I've been using Accredo for about 5 years for several MS medications. I agree, their customer service isn't always great. The last 2 times they've called me, I answered the phone only to hear hold music. After several minutes, someone would answer and ask how I they can help me. I was like, "You called me." One woman goes, "Uh, OK, you're information is not loaded." I had to proceed to tell her my name, birthday, medications (she didn't even know which one she was calling about), and she had to try to figure out why I was called! Annoying, but I guess many of us just have to deal.

It is Accredo--the specialty pharmacy, They're legit.  And yes, they do seems to have a wonky phone system.  I just got a call with the bizarre ringing and no one on the other end, and I called back on the 800 number.  Customer service said that I got auto-dialed b/c my doc had just sent in a prescription renewal.

What would help is if you would tell your supervisor about these negative comments!!!!! Most companies like feedabck, and it seems as if you are advocating for your company, so give it a shot! Maybe you will get a raise.

You are correct. They do harrass. I get 5-6 phone calls a day, automated and live, and they billed my credit card w/o my okay. Ridiculous! I have complained, to no avail. I am a pharmacit, and this is a very non-professional organization and business!!!!

Have gotten calls from this number for the past three days. I've called them once and talked to a very nice lady there. She looked up my name and birthday and found nothing for me in their system. We agreed it was an error and that the numbers were probably transposed by someone who had submitted an order.  Problem is they still call.  I just ignore them now.

They almost ALWAYS leave messages asking me to schedule for shipment. They have been so rude to me before that I INTENTIONALLY NEVER ANSWER.  I am NOT obligated to use their company.  They are so demanding but I maintain that I AM THE CUSTOMER!!!!.  I have opted to obtain my medications (shots) from the treatment center when I need them.  I pity people who are forced to deal with them.  So incompetent and rude.  What poor, shameful customer service.

Nonsense! Accredo does not write prescriptions, they only fill them, they have NO SAY as to what your dosage is.  The person that replied likely works for them.  They use intimidation and harassment just to get a shipment out.  See if our insurance will allow some other company to fill your meds.

Accredo has some pretty awful customer service, so rude.  They are calling because they noticed that they are not getting paid.  They don't care about patients.  They are a low budget pharmacy - they absolute bottom that is used when insurance companies don't want to pay full price. I think their meds come from China.
