Her number has changed...731-334-9300 and is using Westgate Health Services "for 12 years now."

I'm heartbroken that there are people out there like this. She definately knows her con word of choice. My insurance is looking into the matter now. She doesn't realize the games she's playing. "Accident Victims" don't  exsist as a company here in Memphis, TN. Just be careful and don't allow yourself to be hurt any more than what was already out of your control. She does sound like she's looking out for your best interest or that she's calling from your insurance company.

Protect ALL the  party's involved. They want that info as well...We're all victims if we don't be careful.

i got one today from these people, because of my wreck friday...   i told her to get bent and go chase a different ambulance

I was in an accident 2 days ago and received a call from this phone number.  This time the woman claimed to be Debra from Accident Victims Association.  It sounds like they are changing the name they are using.  Very thankful to everyone for posting previously.

I received a call from a Jean Brandon this moring. She called from a different number, though: (901) 299-8354. I did not have any problems with her, just trying to find out about this Doctor's Associates.

Same as all the complaints above, they called me unsolocited and when I told her  I was not going to answer her calls and did not want to talk to her, she became very rude  and hung up.. I think her name was Gene Brandon, at least that is what the message said.

These people obtain your info from the accident report, which is public record.  You will get anywhere 5-10 different calls after an accident if you're not at fault.  I use to be a marketing director at one of these firms.  Just tell them to take you off their list and they will stop.  Or mention the Do Not Call List.  Also these ppl have been known to commit fraud by misrepresenting themselves as to be the insurance company.  If you could record the conversation and get them to say they are with an insurance company, you could really f*** these peoples world up.  BTW I quit my job because of a moral issue.

I have received this call a number of times and I ask her to stop calling and she said she had never called before and got very RUDE. I hung up.

I just got a call from the same lady and the conversation was almost identical to yours.  I hope this isn't the beginning of a lot of unsolicted phone calls.

Gene Brandon from Strategic Accident Services was very rude to me on the phone today about a traffic accident.

same deal. Called yesterday, said her name was Shirley Brandon. Asked how I was doing....told her I was alive. She then asked if I was in pain...ect ect. I told her I am not going to tell anyone, anything over the phone. Guess what? She was rude and hung up on me. Literally 1 min later, I received a call from #404-991-3584, definitely a different woman but literally asked the same questions word for word and also hung up on me. Worthless b*****ds

Same story here! They called and asked how i was doing, wouldnt tell me who they are more than the name of the company and her name as if I was supposed to know who they were and got mad at me when I asked more questions. After getting hung up on I called the # back and asked her why she wanted to know how I was doing. And she ended up telling me that who they were and what they did was none of my business! Anyone at this # should be avoided for sure!

I'm glad I missed that call not long ago. I had a voicemail on my phone and it was by a person identifying herself as Jean Branson referencing my accident and telling me that it was very important that I call her back right away. From everything else I have read about this person/company I'm glad I didn't answer it, and that I googled the name before calling them back!

I received a phone call from this 901-452-9259 number this morning.  At first I didn't want to answer the phone because I didn't recognize the number, but I answered anyway.  The woman that called asked me how I was doing following my car accident form the previous week.  I told her I could be better, that I still had some neck and back pain as a result of the accident, but otherwise OK.  She responded saying she was sorry to hear that, but she really didn't ask me any other questions.  She said thank you, have a good day, and was about to hang up, but I stoped her real quick to ask her name and who she was with.  The woman ID'd herself as Jean Brandon with Strategic Accident Services.

From the sound of the other people that this 'company' called.  I guess I should be glad that they didn't try to get any other info from me.

Received phone call from this company.  Believe it to be an ambulance chaser.  Very Rude!!!!

So rude....called me twice once came up unknown second time it showed 9014529259.  It was a rude ethnic sounding lady that was asking for a person that did not exist at this number.  I asked her why she kept calling me.  She yelled, I didnt and hung up on me.  Then another guy called asking about an auto accident from 901 568-8307..

Received a call from this number identifying themselves as a physician service in regards to my accident. I was casually telling the woman on the phone she was the 4th person to call me this morning about the accident and was going to ask her how she got my information. She rudely interrupted and yelled at me "Ma'am I can't help how many people have called you I am just trying to see if you are okay." Then hung up on me. Total ambulance chasers and completely rude and unprofessional.

Got a phone call from this number 901-452-9259 and the lady was rude.  Had the date of my accident wrong and kept asking me how I was doing...I then asked her who she was again and she said she was with Dr.'s Associates and said I could come in for a full exam and have it paid for by the at fault driver.  It really ticked me off that she called and started right in asking my name and how I was doing from my wreck.  I was completely taken by surprise.  But, won't let it happen again!  Disgusted that these "so called ambulance chasers" prey on innocent people!

Just got the call at 7:47 am.  Called back thinking if was the insurance company calling for the car that hit my car.  I called back promptly.  She answered the phone with hello and not the company name.  My caller ID picked up this number and didn't call the 800# she left.  

She: "are you ok since the accident,"
Me: "yes and who are you with, again?"
She: "SAS"
Me:  "is that an insurance company or a law firm"
She: "no, SAS"
Me:  "why are you calling us?"
She:  "to check on you"
Me:  "are you affiliated with the state of AR?" and then she started to get rude.  
She: "no sir I am with SAS".  
Me:  "I don't understand what do you do and why are you calling me".
She: "I don't know why you don't understand, I said I am with SAS"
Me:  "Number 1 that is rude to say to someone and Number 2 I don't trust you, goodbye"
Me:  Hung up the phone.

The same thing happened to me.  I guessed it to be ambulance chasers when she said, "You don't have ANY pains?  Nothing in your neck?  Nothing in your back?  Are you sure?"  When I asked on whose behalf she was calling she got very frustrated, then very rude, then hung up on me.

Identified herself with "Strategic Accident Services" out of Memphis, TN.  Total ambulance chaser and was very rude.  She was insistent that I seek out medical treatment even though I did not need it.  Very condescending and eventually she said " I don't need to talk to you because you OBVIOUSLY don't know what you are talking about"... I just had a couple of calls from this #. I was in a very minor fender bender about a week and a half ago. No one hurt... I guess im in their hopper now

This is so frustrating, this was the 3rd caller today who had the same kind of line.  I was in an accident last week and am so fed up with trying to deal with these kinds of people and recover, they really have no morals.  Thanks for posting everyone!

I was involved in a hit-and-run car accident last weekend.  I got a call from this number asking how I was doing.  Since I had already gotten a bunch of calls like this since my accident, I knew what was going on, and I told her she was wasting her time since the other driver fled. She responded that she wasn't wasting her time, but I was wasting my time since she is trying to help people.  Then she hung up.

Believe this to be an ambulance chaser.  Very RUDE!!!!!  Also the call was unsolicited. She asked how I was doing without telling me why she was calling.  When I decided it was an ambulance chaser, I told her I did not appreciate her calling me unsolicited.  She made a rude comment and hung up on me.
