Answer, 2 second pause, they hang up.

There seems to be similar scams running right now. Just recently (within the last week or two), I started receiving calls from "spam" numbers. I found that if I don't answer or just hang up once I found out I don't know them (without telling them anything), they stop after calling twice. The phone numbers that seem to be linked are: 866-591-5013; 770-783-5969; 727-259-8132; 863-513-4258; 901-825-5433; and 508-560-9832.

Basically the same as above: they are phishing.  Will be reporting them to the FBI.

i got a call from this number about 4 times today, first times i was sleeping and i hadnt answered, i called back to see who it was then it was busy, then later on they called me and aman was telling me about hat bull "whatever sweepstakes" i then got a call later and a lady was talking to me, they knew my name which was strange then they giggled and hung up... called it back and it rang for a while... real annoying... wish i could find out who this is

Well, they just called again, I told them I knew who they were and it's a scam.  Then I mentioned I worked for the local law enforcement.  I don't think they will be calling again.

Driving me nuts. These people have called every 4 hours since 9 a.m. this morning.  Is there anyone to report these calls to?

I received several calls from this number today. It's driving me nuts! When I answered, they just hung up. They just called again a second ago and some man with a weird accent said that I'd been entered into a Dream Come True Sweepstakes for MasterCard, Visa, and American Express card holders. He asked me a few impersonal questions such as: 1)What is your age range? (18-21,21-35, etc) 2)Do you still use one of these cards and which one do you use? Then he told me that since I answered his promotional survey questions, I'd won a ladies diamond watch and 3 free magazine IF I paid for Rolling Stone Magazine for $4.49 a week - using my MasterCard, of course. Hell no was I going to give some weirdo guy my card number! When I said that I didn't want the magazines, he hung up on me. Whatever you do, just hang up the phone (or don't answer it) when these guys call. No sweepstakes place is going to call you and say that you're automatically entered and that they're going to give you a free diamond watch for answering 2 stupid questions! They just want your card number so they can steal your money.

I received a call from this number 3 times today. I answered the 3rd call at 6:46PM PDT from cell phone. Stated from Memphis. Person who spoke to me was evidently "Indian" and said calling from some "dream project" located in Utah and wanted to know if I had a Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX card. I ended call abruptly after stating I would not relinquish that info to them

This number has been calling all day.  I only get a busy signal when I call the number.

caller id said cellphone, tn caller said that they were looking for a nick and i said wrong number and then they  said that her name was susan and i was entered into a dream come true sweepstakes that never enetered and she was talking a bunch on nonsense.  asked her what ind od dream come true sweepstakes and she couldn't answer. she said something about the sweepstakes were for visa, mastercard holders.  total bull.  i told her she had the wrong number and hung up.

someone calls me & then when i call back i get about three ring tones & then the lines get's picked up & i hear a busy tone. who are these people??

I've had the same thing happen to me today 4 times and when I call back to see who it is, it just rings a long time and then it goes to a busy tone

I get the same thing I answer they hang up. I call back its invalid or busy. What the heck it is getting annoying been happening three days now.

I have received numerous calls on my company cell phone from this number.  Call backs are eiher a busy signal or a disconnect notice.  Is this some sort of fradulent phone scheme?
