A woman calling from 901 842 1313 named Veronica jones left a message on my daughters in laws answering machine and I don't even know their number.  Said I was to call concerning impending felony fraud charges that has my name and social attached to the file.  I decided to do a little research and found this site.  Kinda sounded suspicious to me because I knew I hadn't done anything.   Watch out if anyone else gets any calls from this number it's a scam don't give any personal info.

I've been called on several occasions about having bad checks, with 4 felony charges pending. I don't even have any debts with payday loans or any other loan companies. As of late, they have changed my last name. That shows you how upstanding and legal they are. They don't even know who they are calling!! I wish there was a way to make them stop calling at all hours of the day and night, as it is hard to sleep with the phone continuously ringing.

my mother gotten a call from this number today saying that a warrant e out for my arrest in a county that I no longer live in have not lived there for 6 years.

today my mother gotten the call today from this number a woman name unknown told her that there will be an arrest for me after 5pm tonight  in a county that I don't even live in that's BS there my mother called my wife whom had told me. Over a payday loan that was taken care of through our bankruptcy almost a year ago.

What did the FBI say when you called them?  I notice there is another post from late November.

This is a nasty company using threats and suppossed warrants to get a reaction. Someone should do something about the illegal methods they use to try and collect debts. Dont fall for it.

I received a message on my voicemail from an Amber mason today claiming to be calling on behalf of check enforsement services.  In the message she asked to speak with me or my retained attorney in reference to a felony affidavit.

If this scam is not stopped immediately, I will have the FBI at your door by Friday.  You may think they cannot find you, but you are wrong.

I just got a call from Lisa Pope, from 901-842-1313. She asked for a way to get a hold of my niece who apparently had "fraudulent activity on her account".  I have no idea how she found me - although said I was a contact for my niece.  There is no way to reach my niece at this time - so I hope she won't be calling me again.

I got a call from a lady by the name of Lisa Pope at this same number a couple weeks ago, she told me that I had a bad check out that I hadn't paid to K-Mart about 5 years ago. She did give me an option to take care of it but with all these scams going around I laughed at her and hung up in her face. about two days later I was sitting at work and a deputy came to arrest me on the check. I had to pay $3,000 to get released from jail. I had to go to a check writing course. The damn check was only for 72.06 (smdh). I guess that's the judicial system. Zimmerman got off for murder and I had to sit in jail for a bad check.

Got the phone call from Lisa Pope today. First issue was it was regarding my husband and she was willing to talk with me without verifying or getting his permission. She did have the name of the payday loan company. Problem for me was this was an issues ftaken care of years  ago because it was ID theft and the guy that got the loan was arrested. She gave me fax number to send the police report to that was in a different area code (904)379-5963.

I got a call from the same number, and the ladie's name is Lisa Pulp.She told me that i have a pending payday loan, and if i don't pay any amount, I will be arrested at my job. I got so scared and i did pay $300.00. If this was scam, then you need to do something about it. I need my money back asap.

I just got a call from same number same lame woman talking the same ole BS about a payday loan back in 2007 and said they got me on tape.. I laughed at her, told here to do what she wants and I hung up. I called back just to see IF or HOW they would answer and she answered the phone like she was at home. She said "Hello,.... Hello" - no business name not even business like!!

I to today received a call from a Lisa pope stating that I have a case for check fraud for a default payday loan and that if I don't pay today that a warrant will be issued for my arrest and that a judge will sign the warrant tomorrow and a police will be at my house to pick me up. I tried to explain to her that I never had a payday loan and she ask me was my social (so said my social) I told her yes but never had a loan than she told me to hold on while she speaks with her supervisor who was an a***ole and she stated that she will forward my file and that a warrant will be issued for my arrest and hung up I proceed to call back and ask for her supervisor which I was told that he was in court and couldn't talk to me and that he will give me a call back.... Long story short Lisa pope called  back and ask if I wanted to talk to him and he proceed to tell me that he stop the warrant and I can settle out of court today for $630.00 I told him I don't have any money and he stated he can set up payments by my credit/debit card... I asked him how is now u can stop the warrant and take payment for something you stated happen in 2008 and I asked him to please hold while I record our conversion and take it to my lawyer he at that time hung up.......

Same people called me...first they called my parents house which i havent lived there in over 20 years...and threatened them about me going to jail, then they called my cell phone and I finally answered...i let her talk for a minute...her name "Lisa Pope" (guessing she changed it since so many people have already posted about her other name lol). I then told her to stop calling me because Im reading all the scammer reports against them as we speak but she was trying so hard to over talk me I eventually just hung up. She called 2 more times one in which i did curse her out and hung up the last my brother answered the phone and told her he was an attorney and she got belligerent so he hung up. I am so irritated by these people it makes my blood boil! ugh!

I recieved a call from a melissa young and said that i to had 4 fraud charges and a warrant would be placed for my arrest and when she told me how to do a money gram i was to put in my ss# and my city and state. I have had a call before and it was a scam and it is again, from some internet loans from 2008. I didn't take out any loans and have no reason as to why they would say that i have. what a bunch of crap

Man called from 202-808-3318, said he was with Allied Investigations from Washington D.C. (convenient) and transferred me to another Lady by the name of Melissa Young. She tried to tell me that I had 4 counts against me for check fraud, stolen funds, bank fraud, and debt by deception for unpaid check loans. She accused me of just dipping out on paying or closing my bank account so I wouldn't have to pay and said she had a notarized statement from my bank confirming funds were deposited. She said that if a resolution could not be reached should would have to "sign-off" so that a judge could issue warrants for my arrest. I proceeded to tell her that this is not the first call like this I have received and that it's funny that when i google their # every results comes back as spam. I told her that I have recorded from my bank, that the check information they are giving me does not even exist, and that I accept no debt as I have no outstanding check loans. I further told her that I am well aware that bottom feeders such as herself buy up old debts (whether the debt was paid or not) and spend their days trying to screw people out of their hard-earned money. The woman said she did not have to listen to what I was telling her and d/c the call. SCAMMERS!!

My mother received a call from 901-842-1313 they asked for her daughter ...which was actually a son stating that if he did not pay a certain amount that she would issue warrants for arrest.  Luckily my sister is a paralegal and made me aware that in the United States you can not go to jail for bad debt.  In addition I don't ever remember taking a loan out.  Thank god I looked up the number online and saw this board

Same thing last 2 days 4 counts of fraud warrant etc. and payday loan as well 6 years ago 972-295-9013 called the other numbers above and she answers those as well. SCAM...  By chance were any of you scammed before as we were about 7 years ago and think they might be same people using different names. Wanting me to send money again using money gram. If you were probably same people.

I received a call from 901-842-1313 for my daughter who has not lived here for 3 years.  Mellisa younge said there were 12 fraud charges against her and if she did not call them, they would issue a warrent for her arrest.  She would not give any other information.

Received a call from my mom saying that she got a call from friends and family back from I am from that this lady called concerning warrants for me for fraud, the one friend I don't even have a phone number for and only communicate by facebook and says that she got phone numbers for people by imputting my info into the computer for anyone that I have had contact with, like I said the one friend I only communicate through facebook. How can you get numbers for people that I don't even have numbers for just by imputting info into a computer? I think it is big scam as I have not even had a checking account in probably 6yrs, and have no credit cards other than a prepaid card that I keep up on. Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

I received a call from a lady who said that she was from investigations & that she had 4 counts of check fraud for me under my maiden name-I've been married for 16 yrs now, so I'm a little confused as to how and why I'd have check fraud charges and I've been with the same bank since I was 16!!! When I told her that I wasn't giving her any info until I contacted the local courts in my county myself, she said that she may have the wrong individual and told me not to worry. I called my mom and told her about it so she told me to call the # back and get a company name. When I called the # back, I got the same lady that had called me so when I asked what company this was she refused to answer & hung up.

Payday loan scammer. Nextiva , inc.  which is a VoIP provider, appears on caller ID.   Seems to be fairly new number used by these scammers, they identify themselves as allied investigations.

I will actually be happy to provide you with the police department's phone number that I work for, in order for you to fax those warrants.

I just want to congratulate these guys for making the scammer board already.

this number is actually registered to Century 21.  Damn spoofing scammers.
