I received a call from this number last night around 9ish. I didn't have the opportunity to answer it and there was no message. It's not the first time. Just for curiosity I punched in the number on the Internet and found this.

I am getting calls from this number, but when I answer no one answers back.  I know two other people getting calls from this number.  I tried calling the number back and got a generic message that does not identify who I called.  I left a message giving my phone # and name and asking them to call me, and saying that I am not sure who they are but they seem to be trying to get a hold of me.  No luck figuring this out so far.
