Got a second call from 321-248-6790.  He said his name was Jason with BTI.  I asked him what BTI was and he told me a busines venture company.  When I told him the owner would not take his call he laughed at me and  hung up.  I realized after getting off the phone it was the same number as Hugo back on Nov 1st so I decided to call the number back.  The first time no one answered and the second time I asked for Jason.  The guy told me they have hundreds of people working for them so unless I had his extension, he would not be able to connect me.  At this point I asked him how I get my number removed from their calling list.  He took the two number and said he would remove them (was very polite about it).  Only time will tell if he actually did this.

From there I asked to have my number removed from the calling list and he asked me for the two line we have and said he would remove them.  He seemed nice, but on time will tell if the number was removed.

Got a call from 321-248-6790 and he said his name was Hugo.  He asked for the owner by name and I told him he was out of the office and if I could help him.  He ask me for the owner's mobile number and I asked him what it was regarding.  He told me it was business related and I told him I would have to know more.  At that point he asked me if the owner will be in later and I told him he is usually not in the office and that I would need to know more of what he was calling about before giving out the mobile number or if I could help him.  This is where he quickly(but politely) ended the call.  I will have to put a note by my phone because I have a feeling he will be calling again.

Very annoying when you work in a busy office.  They call, ask for the owner by name then quickly "thank you" and hang up.

Well, these jerks called the wrong office today.  We're an investigative firm, so we have access to all sorts of data bases.  We'll track them down.  Cheers!

We keep getting calls from this number; most recently is was a female asking for the owner.  She said she was from Mr. Byron's office.  I asked the lady what was the nature of her business, and she said, "Engineering."  I asked her what KIND of engineering, and she couldn't answer.  Then I told her, "Thank you, but we're not interested," and I hung up.  She called me back and asked me was I the owner's wife or the secretary!  I informed her that I am the office administrator, and she said, "Well, you said "WE" aren't interested, like you were his wife!"  Then she slammed the phone down.

Whatever they're trying to sell, I'm wondering how they ever get away with it, because every time someone calls from there, they're rude, and if you hang up, they call you back and yell at you!  It should be illegal for them to bother legitimate businesses.

Received a phone call asking for "Stacy".  Asked who was calling and he said Allen from Integrated. When Stacy answered the call he said "Hi Stacy, how are you?" She answered "I'm fine" then he hung up

They call asking for the business owner or partner, and when you says that they are unavailable-they just hang up on you.

My business got a call from this number today.  Missed the call. They did not leave a message. Tried calling back and it rings, picks up, then hangs up. ???

Called and used the name of someone in our office asking if he was a partner or the president.  Said he was not available, asked when he's in the office, only gave me a first name "Paul", said he's calling on behalf of his boss who's name he quickly mumbled.  Said he would call back tomorrow morning. Very vague and unprofessional.

Got a call from Tracy Gambino, acting like she knew our partners. When asked who was calling I got "It's Tracy would you tell him it's me" I asked from where "Tracy Gambino from Bryon's office"  Since I use to get calls from Jodi from "Byron Robinson's Office"  I know this number quite well.  At this point all  I can say is Tracy you can stop trying to get through.  Isn't gong to happen as long as Im the GateKeeper.  Receptionist don't mean Dumb.

Got a call from this number two different gentlemen called today alone one gave me the name sean and the other Mark Wolf. Told me they were calling from a Jacob Hess Office. We are on the DO NOT CALL list. Looked up the business and found nothing looked up the phone number and got this page. They said they are just calling about general business and not wanting to say if it is marketing or what it is in refernece too. Sounds like a scam!

BEWARE-I got a call from "Jodi Foster", asked if I would like to increase my business and profits. She then said that she is not selling anything but would like to have someone spend 5 mins with me. She scheduled a meeting even though I told her I probably wouldn't be in. Long story, short, it a business development company called both IPA or IBA. I looked them up and there are numerous complaints about them. The people that work for them are sort of pyramid reps and are trained to force their way into getting into your office. They claim they can increase your bottom line by setting up seperate entities and shuffling money around for tax purposes. They agree to have someone "evaluate" you for a fee which I was told that I wouldn't have to pay if after an hour I wasn't interested. They will try anything to get you to pay...DON'T. Check the internet for details as many people have the same experience.

Call from a lady saying she was from Robert Sheck's office.  Googled Robert Sheck while she was on hold, but found nothing.  We get calls from this number all the time, and they always massacre the boss's name, so I know it's not a real client of ours.  If you tell them you're not interested and hang up, they call back and yell at you.  Whatever they're trying to sell, they certainly won't be getting many sales with that tactic!

I get calls several times a week from this IPA and over the years it has changed who is calling. Currently it is a Bill Cohler with Jacob Hess's Office.
Just like 2 weeks ago Jacob Hess himself called to inform me he was running behind for the appt that had been set with my boss and I reassured him no appt had ever been set and I have never let his office speak to my boss. This would not have been the first time IPA sent someone to our office out of the blue after not getting through.
I told him that my boss would not be interested as he has told thier co before not interested but yet they continue to call even with our number on a do not call list. SIGH

IPA STOP CALLING

Someone from IPA stopped by our location today and wanted to "trade" business cards - WTF?  Anyway, kid at the counter handed over my boss' business card, so now I'm sure we're going to get harassed because when I googled the guy's phone number this string of complaints is what came up - looking forward to that!

I just received this very rude Mary Thompson at IBA! She sound like she know the owner of this company but when I told her the owner is not available, she ask if he is in the office, when he is availalbe, if I know his phone number, etc. I told her that I can not give his cell# then she hung up on me, though I was trying to be very nice to her. very rude!!!

Pretty rude caller, when I called the number listed here on the site, the company states that they have over 1800 employees and has no way of tracking each one of them.  Really?

Have received numerous calls from Tracy Gambino the past two days. Sounds the same as Gatekeepers message from 12/2008. I told her that I was the office manager and ask how I could help her and got a phone slammed in my ear. Called the number that she called from and reach IPA. Ask for Tracy and was asked "What Department?" Told receptionist that I wanted phone number removed from call list and she said that she would take care of it. Hope they do!!

Caller asked for owner by first name and said this is Lyndsey he knows me. I asked him he said no he doesnt. I told her how could I help her she said Im from Byrons office and you can help me by putting the owner on but since you wont listen good day and hung up. They have called before I have reported them to better business buearo and keep there number near phone or enter number in google to look up right when they call

Someone continues to call from this number and has now somehow obtained my cell phone number.  They claim that an employee from their company has met with me, though i have met with no one.  This person claims he is following up on a meeting.  They have called daily for at least the last 5 business days.

A guy called asking for someone, when i told them he wasnt here he asked for a cell phone number.  I told them i could not give that out, and then he asked "Well when I call back every five minutes will you give it to me?"  When i asked what it was in refrence to he told me none of my business.  I told him it was the office manager and that anyhting to do with my office is, he asked if i wanted a cookie.

Kept calling our office and being very rude and annoyed.

Asked for the owner of our company.  Said her name was "Marie Thompson from IBA" and wanted to ask him a question. Very rude, wanted his cell number and once she realized she wasn't getting it, slammed the phone down in my ear.

I think we should all get together and do a class action law suit. Our company is on the DO NOT CALL LIST not sure if yours is.

Recieved a call wanting to speak to the owner but of course the called him by his first name like they new him. SAid her name  Mary Thompson was the division supervisor and she was with IBA and kept asking if I expected him in today and when I told her i dont give that info out she hung up on me. Only sales people would hangup on you. I googled phone number and showed phony names.

Called today 4 times and also called my cell.  He also used this number 312-330-1666.

He is Trash!

They call often and ask for the boss, by first name (not the name he actually goes by).  They keep trying!  Will never let this scammer through :)

"CHRIS RAKOW" CALLED ON THIS #-SAID HE WAS FROM MIKE DEIDEN'S OFFICE-"PLAYING PHONE TAG WITH MY BOSS"-NEXT DAY SAME PERSON SAID HE WAS FROM MIKE DALIEDENS OFFICE (HE SPELLED IT BOTH TIMES)-CALLED BACK 1 HR LATER-WANTED TO KNOW OUR ADDRESS, WHAT CROSS STREETS WE ARE AT-EMAIL ADDRESS-SAID HE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE HIS # YET-THANK GOODNESS FOR CALLER ID.
