Register.com has 800 numbers.  You shouldn't be seeing any charges. Could you be more specific about the terrible service please?

Register.com has 800 numbers which are listed on their website.

Register.com honors the DNC list but the company needs to be told. All calls are recorded so the company has to honor it.

The company only calls back numbers that is has on record otherwise they have no way of knowing your number.

I do not know of anyone in Novia Scotia nor have I. However, they continue to contact me to daily.  I will not answer this call and wish it to stop.  I blocked them from my phone.

I also received a large charge on my cell phone because of register.com.  TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE I canceled both sites and never will use their services

I had no idea I was being charged for Tech help for my website which Register.com controls.  TheTech Rep was even rude to me (which was not the case when I purchased their yearly package about 3 years ago.) until I said I was going to hang up and call back to report his poor Customer Service skills.  I just received my Verizon cell bill & found out that 3 calls to 902-749-2700 on 4/24/2013 & 4/25/2013 cost me $60.76!! above my normal monthly bill of approximately $135...and I have an unlimited calling plan.  I even spent the majority of the calls holding for the rude Rep!

Who has this number?

Called Register for Tech support and was unable to be helped.  They called me back a day late from this number on my cell phone.  I now have an extra $13 charge on my bill.  We definitely won't be renewing any contracts with Register because that's ridiculous.

Received a call from 902-749-2700 (Nova Scotia).  Since I did not recognize the number, I did not answer.  However, a message was left by "Jennie" who asked me to call 877-897-8761 to set up an appointment.  Her words were so garbled I have no idea why she wanted me to make the appointment.  I called the 877-897-8761 number and no one answer.  I was invited to leave a message (which I did not).  Since I have no relationship with Register.com, I have no idea why they are calling me, especially since I am on the National DNC list.  If I receive another call from them, I will report them.
