Having the same issue as above. Called the number back and I got an automated recording saying something about TRG Customer Solutions. It gives you the option to key in the number they've been calling so that they stop calling you (may take up to 72 hours, though!).

they say they are from a credit card company, but I heard a lot of background noise, a lot of people talking whatever it was that they wanted I wouldn't speak to them
