I do not ever pick up unknown names and I figure if I am currently dealing with someone I would know their number, And if they were important they would leave a message. Plus that number they called from is to close to my cell phone number so who knows what they are up too, Seeing as my number is so similar except a few digits its alarming. Has anyone tried calling them back and have been successful in figuring out who they are.

Asked for my wife and when I told him she wasn't at home he stated "I'll call back". I asked him to leave a message and he replied "That's okay, I'll call back".  I asked who was calling and he hung up.
