message from Kaiser regarding their services.

i've received a couple calls from this number also. Part of me is curious if this is some sort of scam. I've been a Kaiser member for over 12 years and have never been bothered with this kind of thing.

Received two calls across a few days, each left a similar VM message. Decided to call them back, primarily to see if they offered a way to opt out of any future phone calls to my cell phone.

Calling 866-484-9744, I was presented with an automated system which  asked if I was interested in hearing more information about ways in which KP.ORG can work for me, info about for website features (appointments, etc), or descriptions of automated telephone services and discounts on classes. I said no to each. It then asked me how useful was the info in this call? I responded with the predefined negative of, "Not at all."

I got the same call the other day and they left a message about Kaiser resources I could use. Today another call, but no message this time.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM THAT ONE NUMBER UP THERE.
I DIDN'T ANSWER.

Got two calls from the same number within two days. I didn't react to the first one (which asked me to call them back at 1-866-484-9744), so today I got a reminder call, asking me again to call that number.

Claimed to be from Kaiser Permanente and addressed me by full name.

just got the same ccall went to voicemail - kaiser

Received call at 4:20pm (PST) from this phone number...let it go to voicemail.  Kaiser left message about their new website features and another phone number to call (866-484-9744)to learn more.

me too get the call just now and let it got to voice mail. It gives me a 866 number to call to and mentioned the website. I was a Kaiser custmer 4 months ago

Yes it said it was from kaiser.  It did know my first and last name and wanted to share features and advice from kp.org with me.  very annoying.

just received this call and let if go to voicemail.  haven't checked it yet as i don't even want to waste my daytime minutes on it!

just got a call from that number, no response on the other line when I picked up.

Same as above... I'm a Kaiser customer but I don't want phone calls from them!

Same as the previous poster. Let it roll to my voice mail. Looks like Kaiser wants to share some "new features and options" with us.
