I got a from this numbers around12:15pst,and another call shows 1000000000number later on.

Yo, I live in Vancity as well.  I got that call at around 12:06pm today.  I've never had this happen to me before. I answered and asked "Hello" twice.  I knew something was fishy but then an automated message started saying "congratulations...".  I hung up.

I just received it as well at 3:35 in Vancouver... didn't answer

Thanks to all for reporting this.  I too received this call and I suspect that it is a telemarketing call (e.g., win a prize, but buy time-share) or worse it is trying to get your phone number to make nasty long-distance charges to your phone.

Same as above. Second call today, first one was from (000) 000-0000. Same voice and script though.
