I don't understand what state that the call zone is for someone said California but somebody else said oregon they somebody else said Washington

i dont understand. they have been calling for a week now, and yes they call and then hang up without saying anything..who is this person!?!

i have been getting calls from this #903-331-0517 i answer and its like a baby saying something or playing with the phone then they hang up. when calling  the #903-331-0517 back
it is set to private and say there not taking calls at this time.

ok! found out  this.
the #903 331 0516 and 0516 call and hang up. its a land line  through
Level 3 Communications, Inc.  so i google it. and this is what i found out. seems  there systems are mess up. these are what the tx school dist use to send out there messages to parents. and it set on a timer. even if theres no message it still calls.

yeah we get this call too... Not a bad idea for the schools to do this for us parents, when there is pertinent news to report... Flu outbreak, report card day, etc... But the hang up calls they gotta fix. I'll get the call sometimes a few times a week.

I get this same call everyday at the same time.  They need to fix this.

I got a phone call from 903-331-0517 last night.  They were trying to sale tickets to an event for our local police department.

I kindly rejected when the lady got my name wrong.

We keep getting calls from this number several times per week.  When we answer, there's no computer or person on the other end.  When you try and call back, it says the number is not accepting calls.

was getting calls from this number and 903-331-0508 nonstop so i blocked them both. was getting 20 to 30 calls a day. it is in longview, tx.

Same story no one there and hangs up when answered,coming from Longview Texas...get do not disturb message when called back!!!!

Repeated calls and nobody there when we answer.

They have called us for about a week now, I did track the number to Longview, Texas but, nothing else about the person or company. I agree with all comments, it is very distrubing and some what creepy when they call. I do not answer the phone anymore when I see the number.
