it is like a open line

For more than five years, I'll  get calls, sometimes several times a day, from this and other unavailable numbers asking for "Shanna." The callers identified themselves as Health Solutions from Florida and even gave a phone number of with a 954-785-XXXX prefix. I called it but it seemed to be a private telephone, not a corporate office. The people who call always have a thick accent, poor telephone quality, and seem to not understand the meaning of "Don't call back." They will call again if I hang up. Selling pharmaceuticals.

LIKE A OPEN LINE, BUT NOONE IS THERE, THEN HANGS UP.  WHEN I CALL BACK IT SAID IT WAS DISCONNECTED AND NO LONGER IN SERVICE.

Soft music playing for a few seconds, then a computer generated woman's voice saying "thank you goodbye".  After immediately calling back the number it said disconnected or no longer in service.
