He's nothing more than a repo man. His angle is fear. He told me he had my childs apartment surrounded with police and he was afraid "something horrible" would happen, insinuating my child would be shot. This is over a beat up old car! Apparently he thinks I'll buy into his Judge Dredd scenario. He's a bully and a liar. He doesn't have the power to do anything but make phone calls. However, I am a heart patient and cannot be under undo stress. This is between him and my adult child, not me. If he calls again I will sue for harassment and emotional stress.

This man is calling my mother and aunt whom were listed as personal reference only on a car loan for my niece?s husband. My mom nor my aunt has signed any contracts or loan agreements; however Brad Green has threaten to subpoena them to court for a written statement for reasons in which they are not held liable. While we know this is just a scare tactic to assist him with the recovery of the vehicle or payments, I am filing a complaint. This man has represented himself as the Attorney General and The Orange County Sheriff?s Department which is misleading and illegal. For those reason, I will reach out to both of those sources and informed them of his name and contact number. I have contacted the finance company who hired him and advised of this complaint and my concerns. I suggested they find a new ?investigator? repo man because he has just caused them to loose contact or communication to the person in which they are looking for. Unless someone takes the initiative, he will continue to conduct business as such. Not everyone who is listed as a reference will know they cannot be held liable for someone?s loan agreement in which they have not signed, especially if they are elderly. Misleading information will cause someone to lose money in a fraudulent manner

I recently received a call from this number Brian Green or Grain on my voicemail, he was claiming to be a fraud investigator, he knew my first and last name as well. I did not respond to the call. I decided to investigate myself, after investigating the things I found out will have youtr skin crawl, coming across what people are writing about this guy, I understand why now. This man is a fraud himself and should be put in jail. Please do not give out any personal information to him nor respond to his calls. He will use your information to his benefit. Please DO NOT respond.

He is calling  me . He was hired by a finance company. He says threats to me about  a warrant  but the word he uses is suggest, which lets me kno he has no authority. . He says he is a fraud guy but i think thats his fancy name for repo guy. I want him to leave me alone

Called my HR dept, which transferred to me. he left a message stating his name is Brad Green, he is from Jacksonville Florida and need me to call him back at 904-201-1696 reference to a FRAUD case. this is BS

Is this man a "legitimate" fraud investigator or is he a fraud himself??  Anyone with any background information on him will be appreciated.

I too have got calls from him...talked with him once and he SAID he would not call back...but guess what???  JUST got a voice mail from him! grrr! On SATURDAY!!  I don't know if is REALLY an investigator or not....I don't have info he needs....and will not speak with him again until or IF I ever get any info he needs.  In "my case" he is looking for my ex...(20 yr ago EX!!!) apparently ex borrowed $$$ from some "institution" that obviously doesn't have all the legality it should to be able to collect their $ or their "product"...Hate it...but I gotta a life and am NOT gonna waste my time doing THEIR JOB!  ....DOUBLE grrr!!!

called me last week of may, was polite, wanted info on a real pice of crap. whom i know, when he call's again have more info to give him. to bad but some time you deal with the bad side before you get to see the good side.

I too have received a call from this man.  Not sure what he is looking for.  I see other posts saying he is a car repo hound.  Both of my cars are paid off.  I have no idea why he would "need my help with a new case he received 2 days ago.."  If he truely is not a fraud investigator, then I guess he needs to have someone investigate himself, since he seems to be the fraud.

this man has been calling my phone also stating he is with the orange county sheriffs department and the state of florida and that there is a court date and the person's drivers license will be suspended...mind you i don't know who he is calling for and he leaves all these messages and texts on my phone...so annoying..and i do believe it is illegal to mis represent yourself as any type of law enforcement...

this is a number for brad green claiming to be a fraud investigator and a sub contractor for the state attorney. he is nothing but a car repo hound. he will lie to you any way he can to get any info he can for his client and its not the states attorney. i am not sure but i think it may be illegal to represent yourself as a representative for the states attorney and not be affiliated with them at all. think ill look into that. anyway dont believe a thing he tells you and that probably includes his name.

Called. Told him he had wrong number.  I wqas not person he was looking for.  Said he wanted to serce a subpeona on someone I did not know. Continued to call.  Placed a trace on my phone number.
