I quit working for this company for over 3 years, this guy wanted us to call people , scare the sh*t out of them into paying, I was reading a script they wrote, they are also posing as fake attorney's 904 232 8514

I have been getting calls to. A woman called and left a message saying she has exhausted her ways of getting in touch with me. I need to call them back by the 10th.
And a man keeps calling my cell and my work saying I will be having paper work served to me since I have not called them back. I have been scammed so many times. They can either keep calling or bring me the papers.

It said,"Hi, my name is Steve and I have a message about your chipped windshield..(click!  ~ me hanging up.  Too bad I can't use an airhorn on a recording)

they called me and my caller ID said angie smith.they are slick

I got the same call. It was most likely for someone who has not lived here in over two years. And I am not a clearinghouse for other people's bills.

Rcvd another harassing call from these shite-bags. They are now on "block". Buh-bye scum-sucking parasites.

I'm living in the US since three months ago, I have no credit cards, I have no debts, they say I must pay my debts, so obviously it is a scam.

I recieved a call from this number too...

I got a call and they left a message that this was not a sales call or in regards to a bill. But yet it was very important to return the call. They can keep waiting!

I myself do not give out any information either.  Have been a victim of identity theft.  IF the company were LEGIT then all they have to do is verify the information themselves.  IF they cant, then they probably bought this debt from another company, who bought it from a company and so forth.  They MAY be doing their jobs, but 99.9% of them do it ILLEGALLY. And I myself report everyone of them.  I have myself been the reason for 4 investigations into collection agencies due to ILLEGAL BUSINESS AND COLLECTION PROCEDURES.  If they had my information, they would know everything.  I havent moved or changed my contact numbers in years.  This company is a JOKE!!! They called my Dad's house today.  His wife is dying and they asked for me.  I havent been in my dads house in 10 yrs or more.  What does THAT tell you?  If they are a legitimate collection agency they dont use scare tactics or try to get info.  They already have it.

Debts are civil and not criminal matters...

I received a call from Franklin Ross Debt collection.

This day in age when people can steal your persomnal information and sell it for profit and/or file your taxes with it - you have the nerve to question why she would want to know WHO she was talking to. And for the record, every legitimite business will have no problem giving names, call back numbers, an address we can send payment or request additional information. Websites can be built by the 8 year old down the street. They are not 100% legit. You sound ridiculous. Maybe YOU are the one who needs to be educated about what is appropriate behavior.

You're so educated with laws and regulations yet you can't form a sentence correctly. Every one on this page seems to be defensive in regards to this Michael Hicks. You are probably the man himself trying to clean up your shady reputation. We all know how far bill collectors go and we also don't have to lie about being "so educated" to know the laws regarding their limits.

I got a call from Mike Hicks. called back and had avery legitimate mater I needed to discuss, I am a very educated with laws and regulations. You can ask Mike where he's located, how you can verify anything he has in his office, that they claim to have. If you get a call from him, you should call to see what this is all about.

what did the com[any do that was so un-legit? u have questions for something thats not for you, sorry that your having trouble getting into other peoples buisness, but if the company was a scam they most likely would have told you everything just to scare you into getting the message

I received a call from Franklin, Ross Associates. The guy's name that called is Michael Hicks. He kept needing ME to verify myself, I DID NOT! I asked him what their physical address was to verify him, but he says he cannot give out that information. Then proceeds to say i can get it off their website. Once i told him that it was not on there, yet he says they do not give that info out, but it is on the website. He began to get very defensive and hung up on me.  They are a scam, do not give out ANY of your personal information. There are 4 people i know in my own town who have gotten calls from this number, yet they are all different companies. I have reported them to the BBB!!!!

I got a call from Franklin Ross Debt collection saying if i don't call them back i'll be put in jail plus my family will be put in jail. i filed a complaint with BBB when i got this call.
