I am FURIOUS!!! EVERY single night for the last WEEK I have received a call during dinner time from the SAME extremely rude individual from 904-265-9723.  The man has a rather distinct voice and sounds like Jethro from The Beverly HIllbillies. I have repeatedly requested that I NOT be called anymore and informed this man that I would NEVER donate to someone that is as rude and obnoxious as he is on the telephone.  He asks for Mrs. XXX and I tell him to NOT call that I'm not interested, he insist, "you're Mrs.XXX, the lady of the house and you need to listen to what I have to say."  I tell him over and over to NOT call and he ARGUES with me about who I am and what number he has dialed.  I am on the national and state do not solicit list, but it has done NOTHING to deter this idiot from repeatedly calling.  After this man called tonight, AGAIN during dinner and upset me I called the number for Balance Incorporated listed above and spoke with Mike Jacobs, who identified himself as the office manager for the last 8 years.  He advised me he would remove my number from their list and speak with the individual that has been harassing me.  There is NO WAY I would EVER donate to the St. Johns County Fraternal Order of Police is they use such an awful organization to handle their fundraising.  Tomorrow I will call the SJCFOP and advise them of the tactics their fundraisers are using.

Received call from 904-265-9723.  Man asked for me by name.  When I asked if I could take a message he hung up on me.  

I tried to call the number back multiple times and kept receiving a recording that stated "We're sorry, due to telephone company facility trouble, your call cannot be completed at this time.  Will you try your call again later."  

If, as the people commenting above are saying, this call is from St. Johns County Fraternal Order of Police I will be contacting their office and filing a complaint and also with the FCC.

I am so sick of these people calling me...I just called the number "the Grinch" posted on June 2 and it is some number from the Fraternal Order of The People and it did not give a name but it was just a number you can leave a voice message.  So I left a voice message to remove my number or if the calls continue I will start a harrassment case.  Why do these people have to be so annoying?? If I called someone a couple of times and they did not answer, I would assume they did not want to talk to me and I would not call back!

They are doing the same thing to me.  I can't believe ANYONE would EVER donate to these people.  Do you know they get 50% of whatever they collect for harassing people???  No way would I ever give to them.

It hasn't been 10 minutes since they called and I reported them and the same jerk just called AND hung up AGAIN!!!

The exact same thing keeps happening to me.  They are very rude and hang up when you ask them to not call.  Very unprofessional!!!

I received a call from that number that asked for me.  I asked them who was this, they said a name but I was not sure what they said then they hung up.

Appears as "routing" on caller id. Always asks for my husband & won't identify himself. Rude & hangs up. Sounds like marketing phones in background. I called the Balance Inc. # & the lady said yes the calls from 265-9723 could possibly be coming from them & she will take us off the list.

This used to appear as "Utilities" but is now appearing as "Connecting". The past few times I've actually answered, they hang up immediately.
