I also just got another phonecall from phone number 863 455 1172 with the same approch and the person called was a MR ANDY THOMAS, which speaks very little english just like the others and when you go with their bluff they get nervous and hang up. I also did report this as well.. B E W A R E please people

904-270-9987 ....... Ok Kevin and Micheal Pak. It's obvious that you are the scammer. EVERYONE, do not give out any information to this number. They have changed their number to this one just recently and have been scamming this way for some time. Contact the Attorney General for your city. It's very easy. Google attorney General and your city name, and you'll be provided with an easy form to fill out for complaints and send it in.

How can u take out a loan if u dnt have a job???

These ppl keep calling me and telling me that i took out an loan, but he could not tell me the date that i supposly have took out a loan.  He hangs the phone up when i tell him i think this is a scam!!  When i call the number back, he answers the phone with just an "Hello".  This guy has the nerve to call me a liar, when i kno that i didnt take out a loan......what can i do about this??  How do i go about reporting them??

and it's true that they sending us all the legal papers after paying all the debts. and be honest with them.
