Did not answer the call. Caller ID repeated the phone number as the caller.

I hired Damien as an appointment setter over a month ago, for a process that he told me would take two days to complete.  He guaranteed me 10 appointments, and also stated he would continue calling until he got the 10 appointments.  He later stated he would give me a refund, and he has done nothing.  

As Damien has shown he has no integrity I would not have anything to do with any person and/or company Damien is associated with in any way.  So whatever company he is rep'ing at the moment (he changes quite frequently, I wonder why?) I would steer clear of as well.

I got the call from a woman, but same message -- number that came in was 209/888-4132 from Stockton, CA

I went and applied for this company several weeks ago & sent my paperwork in as it said on Tackett website, I 've gotten no return calls or e-mail from this company saying anything about they recevied my paperwork. I sent Damien 3 e-mails wondering if he received my paper or e-mails and left a phone # for him to call me, I got ignore the whole step. I felt like a fool and very much ignored. If this is a legitament company why don't they return your e-mail and let you know whether or not you can work, please let me know what I can do so that someone is hearing my voice.

Damian Tagget called me today!  It's frustrating because I actually enter contests online so I thought I really truly won something...no strings attached...but Mr. Tagget called me from Illinois at 630-246-2952.  He called twice.  The first time he hung up.  The second time he left a message... ugh. I hate scams

I work for Diamond Prize Center (Damien Tackett owns this company), the message you are getting is to call back and one of us inbounders will answer and set you up with an appointment to go to your local claim center to claim the prize.  No there is nothing to buy, sign up for, etc.  You go in and listen to a presentation (the presentation is an explanation of the prizes, which your verifyer does also, and things like that) then you recieve a scratch off card and it will have one of the 3 (or 4 depending on the claim center) on it, no one leaves empty handed, you WILL RECIEVE one of those prizes.  When you called and didnt get an answer or anything like that, then you must of had a bad verifyer, I take care of the people I talk to.  I call them the day before their appt as a reminder and also call them after to make sure they had a good experience at the claim center and if they did not I do what I can to fix that! This is a 100% legit company, we do not pull these phone numbers out of the sky.  We get them from the sponsors of the website that they were entered at (or the mall or movie theater).

805-582-3056 08/14/08 at 12:01 p.m. Pacific Time.  "Hello!  This is Kelly from TVC, calling to let you know that your entry has been drawn... sweepstakes... either an SUV, vacation, or flat screen TV." The instruction was to call the number I listed above and ask for Renee Richardson. I called the number a few hours later and there was no answer.  I expect that they are collecting telephone numbers.  Scammers.

So call and see what you have won.  This is not a scam.  I send people every day to different claim centers around the country from coast to coast.  Some have won 32' Flat Screen TV's, some have won vacations and other things even better.  There are also cash prizes and Cadilacs or Lincolns at some of the claim centers as their Grand Prize.  I have personally seen lists of the Vehicle prize winners.  What do you have to lose except a phone call and a little bit of your time.  It's your call. OR not.

Recieved a call from Mike Sutton from number 785-985-3700 about Suv trip and Flat screen Tv.

No they aren't giving away a lot of SUVs, if you were to call you would see that the top prize is a SUV, not all the prizes!!!

They don't sell anything! You entered the contest, they contact you to tell you where to pick up your prize. SImple as that!!

Your loss!!!! If I were you I would call back and win the prize, but whatever!!!

I really doubt that considering it is a real company, but that is ok if you want to trash talk it, next time don't submit your name in the survey and they won't get your number! Really sucks though considering the lowest prize won is a big screen tv!!!

Got a call from Ken from TVC with a 401 area code. Same flat screen/suv line. I needed to ask for Wayne Gold. They sure are giving away a lot of SUVs.

I received a message from a different number and it was from Damien from TBC.  He said it was for contest for an SUV/Trip/Flat screen TV and ask for Steve. The number came up as 956-236-1537. I did call back because we enter contest here and there and When I did there was no message and just a beep to leave one. The name came up as Robious JOse

Damien called from TBC stating I won the TBC SUV Flat Screen Contest. Told me to call 206.420.7230 and ask for Matt.

I, too, received a call from Damion Tagget about winning in a SUV/Trip/FlatScreenTV sweepstakes.  However, I was supposed to call a Leslie at 860-615-4008.  When I called all I get is to leave a message for a Leslie Juliano from the Verification Center.  This phone number comes back to Moodus, CT.  Needless to day, no one called back.

Got the same call from this Damien Tackett fellow about the SUV Trip Big Screen TV Contest and I am suppose to call 904-572-4837 and ask for Victoria. Needless to say I 'google' first everything I dont know about before returning any calls and I find this great page. Thank you guys for the info I will not be calling the number back so I am not sure what the scam is.

Caller left a message to call them back (male)and ask for Kim. Saying that it was concerning an suv/trip/flatscreen tv. He said something about a contest.
I didn't bother to call back.

I also got a call from Damien from TVC telling me it was about a sweepstakes I entered for SUV/Trip/Flat screen TV.  He told me to call back number 757-332-2529 and ask for Jonathan.  I have been doing surveys lately and entering sweepstakes, so I did call the number back but no one answered. I'm glad I googled this to find out all of this information.  Thanks everyone!

YEP, same exact message...but I waas to get in touch with Bobby at the number listed. Did a quick google and won't be following up with this trash. Boy, do I love the internet!

I recieved a call telling me I had won in the SUV/TRIP/FLAT SCREEN Contest from Damian ???. The number they asked me to call was 410-878-1356 which is a number in Baltimore Md. I called the number and asked for Sanya and the lady seemed a little confused and then hung up.

I received a call this morning from "Damien" from "TVC" telling me it was in regards to my entry ??? to a contest for an SUV/Trip/Flat screen TV and ask for "Jay". He gave me the number 1-800-521-5924.  I admit, I did call it, because I do enter sweepstakes and contests sometimes... I called within 3 minutes and got this "Jay" persons voicemail.  I then wondered what this was all about, so I googled TVC and found all this important information.  Thank you for posting this, I hope that others who might be subject to a "scam" look things up before they do give out vital information.

I received the same message from Damien Taggert (or something like that) about a contest for an SUV/Vacation Trip/Flat Screen TV and to call 954-957-7247 and to ask for Kim.  

When I googled the phone number I found a listing for a Kim B. Flores in Margate, Florida, as well as an ad for a house for sale on a "For Sale by Owner" real estate website that listed the same address and phone number.

I don't know if it is the same Kim or not.  But after seeing the number listed here I'm not going to return the call.

I too got an unsolicited call from Damien Tackett saying I had won a contest for an SUV/Trip/Flat screen TV and to call 630-246-2952 and ask for Paul. It sounded fishy so I googled tvc + Damien Tackett and found this page. Needless to say, I'm not calling back.
