I received the same mail..I quickly researched  it ..and to my bad luck..it is indeed a scam! Should have known better! I have never won a single penny anyways..so why now?

Holy crap I cant believe I this.... After reading a few of these comments saying it was fraud it had me worried thinking this wasnt real. I called the number expecting it to be dead but they picked up and it was the ca lotto office. I dont even remember signing up for this drawing especially not in canada but I wasnt going to tell them that!!! I gave them my bank account information and they'll said they will wire the money straight into my account over the next few days! It said there are 200 winners but you dont have to split the money... I guess that means you guys are the other winners, Ill tell you congratulations now because I probably wont have internet soon... As the last thing Im websurfing for is a house beachside on an island somewhere :) ....
This is the best day of my life... Ive been checking my bank account every hour to see my measly "lifesavings" turn into riches!!!!!!!

Its probably a fraud.

If its a fraud they'll find some way to make you pay them.  They'll ask you to pay taxes or insurance or shipping fees or something.  Or they'll ask for your credit card number or bank account number.  

Don't give them any money or your account number.
