It a scam if they are calling you but if your calling then it's a legit number the scanner is taking Comcast number using it on the called id and if you call back you get Comcast cause it is a working number it all done through a caller Id app
This is a valid Comcast number. I work for them, it's the local center in jacksonville fl not the main number.
It has to be a scam. My Comcast account was currently paid $29 over what was due. There is NO WAY Comcast is calling me to pay my bill when I'm already ahead on my next bill.
This # called my cell this morning and left a message for me (said my whole name) saying that they have another resident on the line who says they are moving into my unit and they want to see if I need my service switched to another address. I just renewed my lease for another year! They left the call back # and a direct extension. I'll call comcast directly to report it this afternoon.
There is no mystery, this telephone number is listed on every comcast billing statement in Northeast Florida. If you are getting a call from this number, you are probably being victimized by someone who has the capacity to clone a false number to associate with their calls to you...meaning, you are targeted for fraud.
This number 904 374 8000 just called my phone at 10:25pm, really what bill collector calling this late wnd im asleep. Whoeve it is will not get anything or information from me.

This number just called me. It was tech support for an appointment to install service for which I made an appointment. It looks like this number is being used for all aspects of comcast, billing, install, customer service, ect.
This number is legitimate! No worries about picking up.

Comcast has the home phone number, and they say it is not them and they don't call at 9pmest. Must be a hacker

This is Comcast. For me this is the number that came up when their local Executive Resolutions Team tried to contact me to respond to a complaint that I made to corporate. However, it seems that all Comcast calls show up as this number as I've had it show up in the past when someone called me back during the order process.
Same thing for me. Calling my cell phone every few hours. They never leave a message and when I do answer, there is mostly just noise in the background. Once a caller said he was with Comcast and that my account was past due. He did have my correct name and bill amount so they are obviously getting my information from somewhere. Scary.
these people claim I owe a bill. I pay my bill in person and do not owe anything. BEWARE

They keep calling at least 4 times a day. I have no idea who they are
Keep getting harassing calls from 1-904-374-4354, they refuse to give me any information yet are accusing me of some kind of bogus collections I've never heard of. All they say is their State of FL Collections & if I don't pay them I'm going to jail.
Same thing happened to me with the bill being 15 days early and twice what was agreed upon in the original situation. Was charged twice for the deposit, tech was a few hours late, so far has been a pain. Great connection, just everything else is screwy. Just got a call from the number mentioned here and googled it.

had the same call, rang twice & hung up (comcast employees have a habit of hanging up) I called the number back & was sent to the comcast menu. I have been waiting for a supervisor to call from them & I guess this was it. DO NOT GET COMCAST. I was quoted a price for wireless, got plug-in cable instead, then was told I can have wireless for another $100 hookup fee on top of what I paid & an additional $50 a month. This is classic bait & switch. Did I mention my fist bill was 2 weeks early (only had service for 15 days...where is my free 30 days to try it?) & the bill is twice what I was quoted?

Person w/ accent called, asked to speak to (last name only). Said I owed Comcast and would I like to pay by credit card. He had the wrong amount and we are paid up. Apparently a credit card thief. Called Comcast and confirmed that this isn't a comcast number and that I'm paid up.
