03-13-07 This compamy called and when I started asking question to the superviser they got mad at me and hung up. They wanted to lower my credit card intrest rates. Called the number back Busy single all day. What came up on caller IS was Cinguler Eng De. What the operator told me was they have a 3 party call the number and when you press 2 to connect to them you are transfered to some where in NY. Watch out this is more then likey a SCAM to get your information.

Called and said they could help us lower our credit card interest rates.  Did not identify any company.  I immediately called the number back to see who had called and a recording said the number was disconnected.

Got a call from this number-I was not home-they did not leave a message- but when I dialed redial- it said that the number was no longer in service

I picked up the phone and a person said they wanted to help lower my credit card interest.  then when I told them I did not owe on one and the other was around 7000 they gave me a busy signal.  Is this a scam?

Caller ID showed JACKSONVILL, FL. They left a message saying that they are calling regarding an ugent matter that concerns my credit card debt. Then they went on saying that they can help me lower by bills.
