Again...another 1-ring, no-message call from unknown caller.  Please help stop this nonsense.

They call & call on a daily basis. Never leave message. They call and I block the number, call again and I block that number
and so the game goes on.

Tried calling this number back and it had me blocked. Just wanting to know who this is. Thank you much.

Called saying they were collecting for the FOP in St Johns County. On official St Johns County Fraternal Order of Police website, they state they NEVER call for donations.

This FOP also calls residents in St Johns County claiming they represent St Johns County FOP  which is a lie    St Johns County FOP NEVER solicits donations over the phone   I know because I work for them

If you want to work at this horrible place you can call 407- 3650.   I would reccomend you clean toilets!

No, they are probably umbrellaed under another company. This is how they get away with breaking the laws! ( NOT TO MENTION HAVING THE FOP REAPING BENEFITS FROM THEM). There is a single owner, named Steven Wildman and he is in business with James Batten, next door called East Coast Industrial Tire!  I'm sure the BBB only has complaints with these people, nothing good to say......

You might want to ask them if Nelson Cuba is the one who has given them the authority to raise funds for the Fraternal Order of Police, and post that response. He is one of those that just recently got arrested for the Allied Vetrans scandal, and the FOP has replaced him as President of the FOP!

Received two calls from that number.  One yesterday during dinner.  Another one today at noon.  I didn't answer either time.  They left no message.  I want to thank everyone for the head's up as to who and what this number belongs to......

Yes, the info is mostly correct, although no one knows how much is actually going to "the cause" because Balance Inc. would never tell anyone!

You can probably bet that since the recent arrest, of FOP President Nelson Cuba, Balance Inc. may be investigated for their business practices, as they have the contract to fund-raise through Nelson Cuba, for the FOP!

What better way to get around the "Do Not Call" laws than to opperate under the Union President, as a "Non-Profit!" They claim they don't sell tickets for the annual ballgame between the Firefighters and the Jags, and they don't sell Jacksonville Police stickers for your car, they just ask for "Support!" HA! What a farce!

You are too kind! You obviously don't know much about this company, or you are an alias Owner/Manager trying to recoop. Maybe since their FOB Union President Nelson Cuba has been arrested, they will be investigated as they should have been several years ago!!!

Ironically I used to work for this company demand known as Mr. Jim Harrington is not really Mr. Jim Herrington instead it's the company's manager of the company's setup is really a scam it's currently located inside the old furniture mart on beach boulevard in Jacksonville Florida while they say a lot of the money actually goes to these causes it doesn't the company takes over 30% for the employees in extra 10 to 20% further bonus structure now thought my numbers may not be a 100% accurate I can tell you they do start their employees are $10.00 an hour which is way above the standard minimum wage the owner owns multiple properties which as employees reside in(about six) and they also pay rent he also owns another company that deals in tires for forklifts which just so happens to be ran out of the same building their work environments is not up to code nor is there a labor they make you make up holidays on the same day you're gonna work anyway averaging over and over time limit and they will not give the overt

Wow this is so interesting ...while it is true that the do raise money for these great groups not alot of it goes to the fop or firefighters ..there is a percentage that goes to the a VERY LOW percentage .the company that does the fundraising is shiesty the way they treat people is a joke ..and jim harrington We all know who you really are ...... and there not non profit there a not for profit HUGE DIFFERENCE

Balance Inc does have a contact to do the fund raising for the Jacksonville association of firefighters and Fop of north Florida.   I have donated for over 6 years of $30 to each.   Glad to do my part to not only help these great groups but also glad to help local people have a job in this tough economy!
So dont judge them for the jobs they do just try to do the best you can for the community !!

I spoke to the head of the FOP 2 years ago and the calls stopped. Now they are starting again. When I ask them to stop calling, they start using a different phone number. Some have had success complaining to the following people:
