i am still getting calls from this number...

Got this yesterday and yes same thing, officer robin smith,legal action, want your information , when i called back it was paul smith, and court is going to notify you. i got scared of course did my research and i told the federal business bureau, my bank, and the credit reporting agencies, who ha-biii go bother someone else, because us americans know whats going on, and then the man i spoke to on the FED side said it sucks but there are millions of americans a day that fall for it because they become scared. NOT ME !! I did my research and i am WINNER,,,,you can think of my choice words, but i will be nice and say its over :)

Yep same here although they are calling my phone looking for my best friend. I asked them each time not to call my phone anymore as I feel this is harrassment. "Robin Smith" got very ugly and told me "F--- u. how do u make them stop calling?

This phone number is calling people threatening legal action under the name Robinson Smith from the Legal affidavitt Law Firm. Pakistan or East Indian origin with limited English skills. Beware looks like a scam from what I can see posted on other Internet sites.

these people keeps calling me. ive heard names from jack wilson, robin smith, jeff hardy, harry newman, kevin smith. they have told me that i have legal actions for three charges. when i tell these people that i never filled out anything and that i didnt have a bank number or checking account they got irrate and starting cussing me. i have heard all im gonna hear from these t**** heads. i told them that the ky state police was tracing this call and recording everything they proceeded to hang up. hadnt heard from them in months and then today they call the other phone thats in my name. these a**holes will pay!!

This guy has been calling my house and my husbands work for day!! He was giving my husbands Ss number to the people at my husbands work!!!! I have had enough!! So yesterday I posted the numbers on my Facebook and I myself and friends called him well over 300x!! Lmao!! We called today and someone else is answering saying Jack is fired and has federal charges against him lol!!! My a** keep calling!!!

Excuse me for the dragatory terms... now then hes tring to scare you into paying a bill screw him the numbers 904-410 3120, 3121, 3122, 3123, 3124, 3125 numbers are a MAGIC JACK # Iv called JACK 42 times and now just put an ad on creigs list posing as a gay dude and used his # lets see the a** now I just flooded all the Phones and by 430 non would anwser non of them TRY IT CALL *67 904-410-3122 but START SIX SEVEN BLOCKS THE CALLS lets see how they like it HAAAA HAAAA HAAA LOL LOL

Did you apply for a loan online or anything! The same person is calling me but he knows all my INFO!

I call as well saying i was going to be arrested that it was a guy named Jack Wilson and he knew my SS#, address and bank due to a loan i tried to get online but we never got the loan! But this guy is saying that we owe money! anybody know what i should due?

I received several calls from this number. Finally called the police department and they called it and when they got back to me told me it was a scam and not to worry about it. Guess I can stop biting my nails now. Please be careful EVERYONE
