Calls with a local number 843-4191373.  Threating call for someone else.  I am tired of these calls. You block them and they call from another number. When you call they say Barren, Gibson and Phillips but do not tell you what they are.

I get calls from StarNet 3-4 times daily.  They never leave a message and they are not on the line when I pick up the phone.  As far as I'm concerned this constitutes harassment.  My calls are coming from a 941 area code--Port
Charlotte/Sarasota, FL.  

Someone from this number keeps calling me but does not say what company they are from. I won't return the call for that reason.

Receive a call from this number. Man caller was very rude.  Would not identfy himself. Please stop the harassment

This number calls my cell phone repeatedly but never leave a message. I can not accept calls at work so I did not know who it was and decided to do this reverse phone number on Google to find out who keeps calling me. Glad I found out who they are.

This company Starnet Inc. Jac keep caling me from  863-0167 and want leave a message.  When I do answe they hang up.

I have asked these people to stop calling me several times. The last time the lady was very rude and said ok maam just say you not going to pay the bill and we will leave you alone and hung up. So nasty and rude. I don't owe them a thing. That is what insurance is for and my bill for my pregnancy was paid before I went to the hospital. These people are delirious.

had an automated message that this call was for my name and second thing is they called my husband phone.... they better get it how they live.

I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THEY HAVE MY EMAIL AND SSN ON FILE THAT I HAVE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ME FROM A PAYDAY LOAN I SUPPOSEDLY USED AND NEVER PAID BACK BUT EVERY TIME I GET A CALL FROM THESE LOAN PEOPLE I SAY I'M NOT INTERESTED EVEN IF I AM PRE APPROVED

This is a collection agency, operating as an incorporation, which is listed as inactive for not paying their annual business fees.

I recieved the same message from a Ms. Reed No mention of where or which company she works for

Received the call @ 8:15 am from a 954.874.9920 (on a cell phone caller ID, no company name was listed); they left a voicemail directing me to call Ms. Reed at 904.421.3330 & that her direct extention is 105. No mention of company name, purpose, or anything else.

number called twice in a row.  first time was 1 ring and then they hung up.  second call was from young ignorant sounding little girl her name was ms. jackson and she wanted me to call her back in her so called "office".    They can call all they want.    I don't have any money to give these people.   let them call all they want until they catch me on the wrong day and they will hear some words they never heard in there lives

call came thru like it was an emergency and to call right back. at first sounded like a family member. so when i called back it was A.R.M. COLLECTIONS...boy was i pissed.

Caller ID shows up as "Starnet Inc Jac..." and the person on the phone said it was "A.R.M." rather than Accounts Receivable Management. I suppose that is their lame attempt at being sneaky.

ARM or Accounts Receivable Management Inc. has started calling even though a Letter was sent with in the 5 legal days.  Signed Receipt Return; it seems the Green Card they were supposed to sign dissappeared; but I have the Receipt where it was sent.  They are calling from 904-421-3330 and Ext 417.  A Ms James or Janes.  Not saying why they are calling;  The money they are trying to collect is a reconstitued debt which is not legal.  They did receive the ltr as my local post office called  the post office in Miramar Fl. and the post office box owned by A.R.M. Inc. 277690 IS EMPTY and the letter isn't there.    their zip is 33027-7690 .  They would be what is termed a scavenger debt collector.

This is the collections agent for Baptist HealthCare.  Took almost 50 min to convince Baptist to bill my insurance carrier first and then me.  Thought I was going to have to call state insurance commissioner.

After calling it back, it's Accounts Receiveable Management, Inc. caller ID says Starnet Inc Jac
