They keep calling my work and asking for me and telling me I owe them $2500.00 dollars.  I am about to go crazy on them .  They keep harassing me at work.

I actually thought they are scams but when i did not follow what they said  i had to face legal consequenses !!!

I RECEIVED A CALLED 9/10/2009 AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AT 1:45 P.M FROM A JOHN RITE AT 904-425-1563 STATING THEY ARE LEGAL SERVICE AND THEY ARE CONTACTING ME BECAUSE I HAVEN'T PAID FOR A PAYDAY LOAN.  I TOLD HIM I OWE NO PAYDAY LOAN AND HE TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO CALL HIM BACK AND MAKE ARRANGMENTS TO PAY OR I WILL BE PICKED UP BY THE POLICE AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.  I WISH THESE PEOPLE WOULD LEAVE ME ALONE BECAUSE THEY DID THIS JUNK IN THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR NOW THEY HAVE STARTED BACK.  I HAVE REPORTED THIS GUY TO MY LOCAL POLICE STATION AND I HAVE CALLED THE FTC.

I filed bankruptcy over 2 years ago and do not owe anyone any money.  However, these stupid people decide to call me at work.  He did not want to give me any info, but wanted me to give him my personal info.  I don't think so.  I told him that I have already contacted the local police and he got mad and hung up!  They done this about a month ago and I told him that I was going to report him to the Bankruptcy court, Ftc and tthe local police dept.  So I guess I will have to do this a few more times before they stop.

well i got calls from these kind of people too.  i got one yesterday twice leaving a voicemail saying to call a John Henley at 904-425-1563 but on the phone the number is different (415-880-5599).  he says it is important to call for a matter needs to be taken care of.  i wish they stop.

I received this call on my cell phone stating that they needed to talk to me regarding a legal matter and that it would be to my benefit to call them back at 904-425-1563. The person spoke very broken english and I could not make out the name. A friend of mine told me about 6 months ago about these calls that are going around were they say you own money from an old payday loan and that you are facing criminal charges and they try to get you to give them your credit or debit card info to stop the police from coming to arrest you, and of course once they get the information from you that's it they just keep hitting your account for money. They use several different numbers registered to cell phones all over the country. Do not call them and Do not give them any information. If they keep calling you can report it to your local police and they can direct you from there.

I received 5 phones calls from this number at my job. when I called it back they wouldn't even give me that name of the company they were calling from. They told me it was about a payday loan I had taken out and not paid. I do not have any payday loans out. Not sure what this place is about.

I jut received a call at work from a Mr. Thomas who speaks very very broken english.  He claims to be calling from the Financial Crime Division.  I have over the years taken out payday loans and then had to file for bankruptcy.  Ever since doing both I have received threatening phone calls at home and work from places that I had applied for loans but never received.  I ask for names, telephone numbers, fax numbers, when i ask for fax numbers they usually hang up because I tell them it is illegal for them to contact me at work once I send them a do not contact at work letter.  I also report them to the Federal Trade Commission, it usually takes several rounds of harrassing calls from these people before they leave you alone.  Mr. Thomas and then his boss Mark got on the phone, they would not tell me who had originally filed the claim.  Once you start asking them for information or tell them that you are reporting them to the FTC or ask them for copies to be sent, they usually hang up like they did in this case.
