Called me on 03/31/2008 and telling me this call is in behalf of UPS with the intention of delivery a cashier check for $1.5M US and before the delivery I had to pay the money transfer fee for an amount of $590.00 US.

I received a call from this number this afternoon on my cell phone, the person on the line was breaking up so bad I couldn't understand them. They were also middle eastern.   I said you must have the wrong number and hung up. Within 5 minutes I got another call from 904-302-7532, was definitely the same person, who asked who I was, I said you called here buddy what's up? He was still breaking up and I hung up.  After doing some research I decided to call back (blocked) and of course both #'s are disconnected.

This is most obviously a scam. I hope that people don't fall for this. If someone calls you, they have the burden of proving who they are, not vice versa.
