Starnet Inc. is an internt provider.  When companies use this provider they can be calling from India and the number comes up wherever the relay is.  For example some Indian piece of crap uses this company for their outsourced collection company and then they harass US citizens and there is nothing we can do about it since the number is one used by the internet provider in Florida not the Indian company.

These people called me a few times. I never answered, but the first message I received was from a man threatening me, and yelling that someone stole my SS# and if I didn't call back immediately I'd be sent to jail and will be "in jail for the rest of your life". Seriously. I never called back, and never went to jail. Then today I received a call from a woman, again saying someone stole my SS# and I need to call back before I get sued by many companies and "lose everything". I'm young, and I don't really have a credit so I was very worried that I was really about to get screwed. So I called The Social Security Administration, and they didn't have anything to tell me except look up the number online. So here I am now! I wanted to say thank you to the others that spoke out about this, because if I didn't see this I probably would have ended up calling them back. I will continue to ignore the phone calls.

An officer Jason Bellar  @ 907-458-0375 x 210 left me a message and demands that if I or my attorney will not call him back someone will show up at my work or home and will detained me for a federal case that filed against me. I called him back after work hours, and I asked for his extension and this Jason transferred me over to his Captain James Brown. I asked what my case is about but before telling me, he wants me to verify my personal information which I refuse to give or verify until he tells me about the case. Then he say's he has it already. He say's I owe some company about $900 and gave me a case#, that I have never ever paid them back. So I asked for validation of the debt and he say's he doesn't have that information nor he will give me that information as the company that I owe from does not want anything to do with me. The only option I have to resolve he say's is to pay the amount, which I refuse as I have the right to ask for validation and it's their responsibility to give me that by mail. He said it's already been emailed, and I asked when, he cannot give me that information either. He's quite upset that I was telling him my right and clamied that I'm telling him how to do his legal job the legal way and then he then said he already called the King County Sherriff department. Sure enough, after he hang up on me, I got a call from a Sherriff Rick. So I asked Sherriff Rick if this is the legal way to ask payment, threat first before you get any information, if you can even get it. He say's the only option I have is to call Officer James Brown (what happen to his captain status) and make this matter resolve otherwise he will send his investigation team and will detained me and put me to jail. So I kept asking him if what they're doing is legal, he doesn't like the fact that I kept asking him that, so he hang up on me. Immediately, I called King County Sherriff's office and asked for Sherriff Rick and the switchboard lady said they don't have a Sherriff Rick and asked for a case# if I was given one, so I gave that to her, and she say's that's not a valid case# and again she say's they don't have a Sherriff Rick.  **Please do not verify any personal information if they asked you as if you really owe them and they're a legal debt collector or collection agency, they have to send you a letter stating how much you owe to which company, loan origination and the loan document. *** I called them at 7pm their time and if they really work for the criminal investigation, their office had been closed since 4 or 5 pm their time. I've already filed a complaint against these "so called officers" to Attorney General's office and if they call again, I have the right to call the next higher up. This tactic is illegal in any other state.

I recieved the same calls from these people. This mans name was James Brown......wow.
He was very demanding and also was saying he was a law enforcement officer. He keeps calling and wanting me to give a credit card information to 795.45. I keep refusing and asking for written documentation. He says by law he cannot give me that info. Wish someone could take care of these people. They keep calling my job and won't leave me alone. If I knew I owed this bill I would pay it, but I've never heard of them before.

I received a call at my job from a guy with a very thick Indian accent stating he was Officer Michael Black and then he transferred me to another thick Indian accented person named James.  They said I had refused to pay back funds to a Cash Express America.  I have never heard of this company and when I asked for "James" to send me the information he said I already had the information on what I owe and said he would not mail anything to me.  I then hung up.

This guy with thick Indian accent called and threatened. I saved two of his voice messages. He was pretending to be some kind of federal agent. He stated I would have very bad consequences if I didn't call him. I call my local police department instead. They told me to come down and file a report to have it all documented. I will also let them listen to the voice messages. Isn't it illegal to pretend to be a law enforcement officer???

This is actually a collection agency!  Keeps calling even after I tell them the person they are looking for had not had this number for more than 2 years!
