nah, she was just rude. No subprime or anything just an auto loan..

Not so bad. They are good folks. Don't mind the calls since it is my monthly reminder to pay online...

I have had them call my co-workers before.  Also, I had called them back from a friends cell phone then they started calling that number.

It is Nuvell a GMAC company, they handle the subprime/nonprime accounts. They call every 10-30 minutes beginning the day after payment is late. They call so frequnetly because "You are a deadbeat who couldn't get a loan, and obviously can't pay one either" to quote a representative. I called them because they were constantly calling my elderly neighbor, she got scared because they were calling so frequently, and asked me to help.

They operate under the following names:

I do not have an account with you.  Please stop calling my house every 10-15 minutes.

they continue to call every 30 minutes even after you tell them the payment is being delivered tomorrow

It is Nuvell or also known as National Auto Finance.....A car financing company.  After receiving several calls from them I called back, and found out it was about my car payment.  Oopps!

It is getting crazy, how many times a day this is coming.  Minium of every 20-30 minutes.  If it is not 904-486-1141, it is 904-485-1333.  It is trying into a real pain!

this call comes every 10 to 15 min at a time from 9am till about 7pm
