You need to answer the phone and tell them that you do not wish for them to call you any more.  If they continue to call you after you have asked them to stop it is a violation of the Fair Credit Act and you can sue them for harassment.

I have all kinds of collection companies calling me, asking if I know the whereabouts of Tamara Douglass so I am suspicious that this is another collection company.  This has been going on for years and good ole Tamara certainly is successful in evading their shoddy web, but I wish they would leave me alone or at least leave a message.  Then I would call them back and personally tell them to leave me alone!

I got a call today 2:20pmCT from 904-548-3089 nand I don't even know what it was about
because whom ever it was didn't leave a number or a message on my machine.
So who or what was calling from that number?

debt collector chelsea cruz leaves messages to call her back at 866-922-9545 ARS National Services, Inc. she called my cell phone and told me not to listen to her message. don't leave a message on the wrong persons cell phone moron. I hopes she keeps calling so i can sue ARS National Services, Inc.I saved her message and the number she called from 904-548-3089

They said that they are ARS Debt Collection Services and apologized for calling my number by mistake.

These guys are trying to collect that I have proof has been paid....total scammers!

Called my phone and left a message saying they were "trying to verify patient information" and please give them a call at a 1-800 #. Sneaky.

Called our office but left no message. If its a debt collector they may be calling for a previous employee but I don't take those calls so unless they leave message, they're SOL!

Debt collector. They do the Macys credit card, among others.
