tried to call back. busy. who is it&why are they calling me?

My husband and I keep getting calls from this number on our land line. At least 4 or 5 EVERY DAY starting at 8 am eastern time. We let it go to the answering machine and then instead of leaving a message we get left with the annoying busy signal. We have registered our number on the national DO Not Call list on numerous occassions and still get calls. So far today I got a call from (904)863-0208 and the caller ID just said "Incoming Call". We recieved this call at 8:02 am, then another from this same number at 9:10 am. Next "With Community" called at 11:03 am, 11:42 am, and 12:15 pm. I am getting super annoyed.

Have received these calls before on my cell. It's usually an "Open"line & then a "dead" line. When I try to call them back (with OR without dialing the 1), it gives me..."Your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number..."

Got the same thing today, and maybe 15 hangups  in the past. Doesn't leave voicemail.

Said Florida State Troopers, was attempting to sound like a cop or authority figire, did his sales pitch.  Only thing I said was "not interested" and HE hung up.  Never had a telemarketer hang up, they always have a comeback to keep talking.  Smells like phishing scam.

THE CALLER TOLD ME HE WAS CALLING ON BEHALF OF THE FLORIDA STATE TROOPERS
AND WAS LOOKING FOR A DONATION. I TOLD HIM SORRY AND HUNG UP.

This number calls my cell and then says nothing.  Can I block the number?

They don't leave a message, very annoying!  I thought we were supposed to protected from this type of call?

I'm on the Do Not Call list, these people are ignoring that restriction. Call ID says: WITH COMMUNITY. From other comments on this webpage, it's a company touting lower credit card interest rates.

i received a call from this number today, they hung up when i answered, i am on a job search so was afraid it was someone calling with a job offer. every time i call the number it is busy....so i looked it up and came upon this sight, at least i know i wont waste my time calling it anyeamore.

I have noticed this number come up on my phone at work and have never answered it as it was unrecognized, they do not leave a message on voicemail either. I agree with the others, it's a scam !

I just received a call from this number as well and did not answer it. I bet someone sold my cell number too.

I rec'd a call on my cell phone from this number today. Funny thing is one person has my number and he is the reason why I got the cell in the first place...and that 904-863-0211 is not his number!! Scammers it has to be!!!

Stupid scam attempting to get people to give out thier credit card information.  I have recieved four or five calls from different numbers with the same recorded message, "This is your last chance to lower your interest rates." Finally I pressed one or whatever and got some non-english speaking man who said he worked for Visa and Mastercard.  He wanted to lower my interest rates on current accounts.  When I pressed him on which account exactly he hung up on me.  Obviously they want people to just give them thier info but don't know how to react when someone calls them on thier bull**** I am about sick of these @$$holes calling my cell phone.  Get a real job and make money the old fashioned way: WORK FOR IT! These people are the bottom of the barrel.

Just got a call from this number and when I checked my messages it said the press 1 or 2 then hung up.  When I called it back all I got was a busy signal, as well..

I just got a call but didn't answer it went to my voicemail and when i checked it I just heard static and a hangup.

this number has called me 3 times in the last month talking about a credit i dont have! So i did a reverse look up and it said it was a land line from green cove springs, fl. thats all?i know so far...

Spam call. Sounds like somebody sold a bunch of cell phone numbers to these people.

I PRESSED 1 AND "PAUL" IN CUSTOMER RELATIOSN ASKED WHO HE WAS SPEAKING WITH AND WHEN I SAID, PAUL.... WHAT COMAPNY ARE YOU CALLING FROM? THEY HUNG UP! I BET ITS SOME KIND OF SCAM TO GET YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! BEWARE AND DONT PASS OUT ANYTHING TO THESE FOLKS! CC COMPANIES NEVER WILL CALL AND ASK YOU FOR PERSONAL INFO!

I picked up and received an automated message saying my interest rate on my credit card was going up, and that I needed to press "1" to talk to a representative.  I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD...when I pressed "1", I was disconnected. I tried to call back, but all I get is the busy signal.  Who is this?

Someone keeps calling from this number, the voice is so mumbled it sounds like they're speaking in french. Who is this and why are they calling my cell?

Got a call from this number on my AT&T cell phone with NO message in the voice mail.

They keep calling but hang up after I say hello.

904-863-0211 Called , the man said he was from community services and shouted, "don't hang up on me"....At which time I told him not to call again, and you guessed it...I hung up on him....They and the Fraternal order of Police keep calling me 5-6 times a week and I am getting damn sick of it..

Good news folks.... aparently thousands upon thousands of people have file complaints with the FTC about this company.   So many complaints as a matter of fact that the FTC is compiling a lawsuit against them!  Finally after months of harassment, they're going to get what they deserve.

*&####  marketers keep calling.  guess its time to report them to the FCC
