It's a phone call from the Jail in Jacksonville, It doesnt allow 3 way calling & the immates get into trouble if they get caught using it. I would know, My cousin does it.

Don't know who this is but when I answer Global something recording and it say three way calls are not authorized! Then the call disconnects, when I try to call it back it doesn't even ring.
