I tried calling this number back and get the call cannot be completed as dialed message. These calls are getting VERY annoying. I have had 3 just in the last 24 hours. Ready to contact the phone company and have them look into it. This is getting ridiculous!!

they been calling me but same thing happend, no one on the other line , only one time there was someone on the other end called me by my first name and she wouldnt say who she was so i hung up. now that i read the comments on here i see its capital on, thank you verry much for the info

Capital One has various phone numbers and try to call with them i find 3-4 times a day relentless. and they never answer. Total harassment.

We were receiving calls from this number too. Today there was finally a person on the other site. It turned out to be Capital One.

my son answered the phone i was at work, they asked for me by my first name and he said i was working the asked him if i had a number they can call me on there, tried to call back got " We're sorry your call can not be completed as dialed" tried the reverse phone directory and there is no suck number.

They called twice a day sporadically maybe like a day every 3 months...I answer every time and they hang up right away...They don't say a word... just hang up. It's getting pretty annoying... I believe it's a scam because I've called my credit card companies and not one knows this number.
