These guys break every law imaginable and aren't even licensed.  Verify their existence below and report them.  Record every event that occurs and try and record the calls.

this number has been calling repeatedly and this last call they left a message stating that we had to call them back and that if we leave this matter unresolved there would be further action! Who on earth are these guys and why can't people like this get stopped?! Not a hope in __ll that we will be calling someone like that back who starts to make threats and doesn't even state what the issue is. But what about those unsuspecting seniors that still trust people, who are going to look after them?

Keep receiving calls for a certain person.  When I've tried to call back to tell them they are not at this number, I haven't been able to get through.  The last message sounded ominous and then sounded like the person was eating at the same time.  Very rude!

Just got the call and put them on call block. Unfortunately my 12 numbers are almost all used up on my Telus call block service. They need to remove the limit.

Got a call from this number and was immediately put "on hold' when I picked up- that's a bit of an inconvenience for the average person!

Calls 2 or 3x a day and never leaves a message.

905-258-2870 has been calling my home phone # for months, has never left a single msg on my voice mail,,,,,,, I call the mofo's back (on my Magic Jack) and tell the idiots off. ask them to stop calling my home phone, ask if they are a tellemarketer or a bill colector, (I owe no one any money, I pay my bills).
The last idiot I got on the phone said he was answering phones for 20 busnesses, telling me that it infact was a tellemarketer or collection agency, I told them to lose my number or I will get a lawyer and go after them for herassment, Lets see if they call again

We have been getting dozens of calls from the number 905-258-2870. A couple of times they left a message instructing us to press 1 to "take advantage of a time-sensitive opportunity"  So, just to see what would happen, we tried it.  It led to another recorded message advising us to call 1-855-288-1443 "to speak to a licensed representative"
So they are coming at people from two different numbers.
We don't have, and have never had, any dealings with Rogers, so they are barking up entirely the wrong tree at our number.

Found out this number is owned by call-net communications, which was recently purchased by Rogers Communication. Probably a call center collections agency.
