If this company is so legit, why the hell is it so god damb difficult to receive my refund that is written in my contact. I've jump through every hoop, and now they don't return emails, calls. I've been paying monthly for four a membership that I can't use. As far as it sit now I've been conned out of  $8000.00, I will not  give up and will do anything I have to to get my money back,  they don't care that this huge loss of money has hurt my family very badly,  $8000.00 and nothing to show but stress and the feeling of being ripped off.

Got a call from them yesterday, As soon as i answered the phone and they said that i had filled out a ballot at some store i knew it was crap right away. I never ever fill out ballots anywhere for this reason.
They said that i had won one of 5 prizes, the usual stuff mentioned on here, a TV, Cash, furniture, a vacation. They wanted me to come with a lady friend to a "Gala Buffet Banquet" somewhere in Woodbridge. All i had to do is sit through a presentation and that i was guaranteed to win one of the amazing prizes.
I already knew what this was all about. They want me to go in and sit down and listen to some presentation about some amazing "club" that will give me sooo much.
I was in a good mood and decided to play along with it, they told me the address and all the details.
Today they call me to confirm if i would be coming. I laughed and said no.
The woman asked why and i told her that i have no interest participating in a scam. She swore that it was not a scam and that i did not need to bring any money and that the prizes were so great. Once again i laughed and told her to go suck a Di<K and for her to take me off her callers list and failure to do so would be met with swift action from my lawyer and the CRTC and probably police action for harassment.
Not to mention i had watched CTV's documentary on this so called club

Hello Megan
It was an awesome experience with me. I got a surprise call from Premium Buyer Club they invited me and asked to participate in a contest and luckily I won and got a 42 inch Plasma Television. All thanks to Premium Buyer Club. It is completely a legitimate company and the website as well.

No, you're literally sitting in the boiler room posting lies. The only "prizes" ever awarded are worthless trips with too many loopholes to ever take. No one's falling for your lies and shill posts here.

I'm literally in the car driving back from the presentation I attended with my parents. We bought a membership and have a 42' TV in the trunk. We only went because we thought there was some gourmet dinner, there wasn't but it was worth attending.

Hello Deena,

I got a call from telemarketer of Premium Buyers Club to invitation a 90 minute presentation which we have able to get a prize. We thought that it was another scam. When we arrived at the presentation, we were quite surprised that it was not what we expected. Once the 90 minute presentation was over we went to gifting and pulled out a ticket. No lies or gimmicks. We have won a $1,000.00 furniture voucher.

Thank you Premium Buyers Club

Hello Leanne,

We have a good experience with Premium Buyers club. One day we received a phone call invitation to a 90 minute presentation. After listening to the presentation we were skeptical because it just seemed to good to be true. However, after further discussion we ended up buying into the membership. From there we participated in the draw and to our surprise and joy we won the gift certificate for $1000.00.

Thanks Premium Buyers Club

Best Regards

Do you get a bonus for shill posts, or is it part of your regular boiler room duties? No one ever wins the tv, and you know it because you work there. It's always the trip, which has so many fees and conditions attached that it's worthless.

Hello Alex,

I got a call from a marketing room to come in to PBC for a presentation.  All they said was, stay for 90 minutes and receive a draw prize.  Once the presentation was over we went to gifting and pulled out a ticket and won a 42? flat screen LCD TV. The employees were great and courteous.

Thank you Premium Buyers Club.

So all of you are pretty much correct, it's a scam the company does illegal things and easily tricks people out of THOUSANDS of dollars, I know from personal experience. I hope more people are reading these forums so they know that when they get a call they either, threaten to call the police, call the police or come in with the police. What they are doing isn't right, they've already been sued once, but that clearly wasn't enough because they are still at it and as of my concern they are trying to make the company bigger.

Hi there,

Be warned as this is a SCAM.  Please google CTV's "W5 Vacation Clubs" and watch the video.  This company was called Canadian Universal and scammed hundreds of people including me.  I got ripped off to the tune of $5000.  Now they have changed names and are trying to rip off more people.

Please stay away from Vacation Clubs as they are all scams.  The employees should be ashamed of themselves for selling worthless memberships to trusting individuals.

I just received my very own call from this company. JOY!! It went pretty much as everyone else here has reported. Same address in Woodbridge, same website  www.pbcinc.ca. The first dude I talked to, who's accent is so think you can barely understand him, was very insistent that this was strictly ligit and I MUST have filled out a ballot at the Milton home show. NOT. I have never been there. Then he pulled the old "well someone you know must have done it on your behalf". He rambled on about my potential prizes and the last one he listed was a trip to Florida. Right away I knew this must be a time share thing. He basically ignored everything I was telling him and kept telling me to write down the details including my gift claim number. I decided to play along as if he had convinced me, when in reality I wanted all his info so I could report them. Then he passed me along to his supervisor who at least I could understand better. I dont think he was happy that the first dude gave me their web addy, because I had my laptop on and had the site up while talking to him. He didnt have an answer when I questioned why they insisted it was NOT a timeshare presentation when the website stated that it was. I told him that I was not interested and he called me dumb for not wanting to take advantage of the gift I won. This guy just would not take no for an answer. I told him that I better not get another call from them and that if I did I would be reporting them to the proper authorities. He STILL insisted I was missing out on this great deal and I finally just hung up on him.
Oh, one thing that differed in my call was that they did not ask to confirm my age or marital status.
They called me Ms. XXXXXXXXX when they started the call and they had my mailing address. They did not have my first name which they asked me for. I think they run numbers through a program similar if not actually, Canada411.ca which gives out street address's when you enter a phone number.

I got a call from 647-214-5793 on Friday, March 23, 2012 and agreed to go with my girlfriend to the presentation in Woodbridge. After two more phone calls from them in less than 12 hours I became suspicious and googled Premium Buyers Club. I arrived here and thank the above posters for their time and effort inposting their results with Premium Buyers Club. I know these "Florida Vacation" hotel vouchers  can be obtained in Toronto for mere pennies.

Did the research....attended the information session.

Not impressed with the employees, the presentation, or the deals that they apparently have.

The prize is a scam too.

I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't do their research beforehand and commits to signing up for a company that most likely will not exist in a few months.

It was a joke and I walked away with a good laugh and my hard-earned $ still in my pocket.

It is a scam, they just want your money!!  Take my word for it.....there is NO PRIZE!!

After not commiting to the scam, they quickly escorted me to the lobby and they gave me a voucher to contact a prize company in NJ which involves sending $ and paying the S&H on your fake prize, yet another scam I'm sure.

I just want to let as people know as possible that the Premium Buyers Club is just a way to get your hard earned money.

The deal they offered weren't anything that you couldn't find online.  All the travwl deals they displayed were not peak season prices and could be beat by a number of online travel companies.  The employees had no response when I challenged them with this argument.

The membership they originally offered was $10,000 and if you don't sign up, they will have the manager come over to offer you a better deal.....but just know, it doesn't stop there, a third person will then offer you another deal.  Who makes a financial decision to join a club in this short amount of time.  If you don;t agree to it during your meeting you can never be a member of their "club."  which is fine with me.  Perhaps if they were to let their customers think about the financial commitment, then they would most likely feel more confident to sign-up!!

The employees were very unprofessional and had very poor marketing techniques.

Overall, I am glad that I went to the presentation, just makes me realize how many scams there are out there.  Now I can share this knowledge with anyone who is thinking about attending one of these information sessions.  It was a humerous evening and my friend and I had a little fun listening to their pathetic sales pitch.
