This caller called my mother and threatened her life several times on the phone.  He sounds indian.  This guy needs to be found.

This caller called and threatened my mothers life twice.  This needs to come to an end.

Caller said I had won a prize, through a ballot filled out at a shopping mall or store, which I didn't. Told me the company name is Premium International located at 1510 Drew Road, unit 6, mississauga ontario. Caller would not reveal his real name or return phone number. Became very nervous when I demanded to see the ballot I had filled out. Company name and this address really exists, but don't know the extent of the scam they are running.

Called at 7:31pm EST and failed to leave a message when confroned by our answering message. We have now black listed this number as a spammer and they will not get through again!

Callers said his name was Nathan. When I called the number back that appeared on my call display it is disconnected. Caller would not identify company, caller said my wife had ordered something, would not give any details. Finally caller hung-up when pressed for information.
