Got a call from them called themselves "Ice" I answered was screamed at and now this crazy man keeps calling , one call after another ....OMG

Called back the number, told them my number they where calling and they ended the call when I would no give my name and they would not tell me who they where looking for

Collection agencies are NOT allowed to call anyone's place of work EVER unless they have received prior written consent to do so. He could be in deep sh*t for that alone. As well, anyone saying they will send you to a "legal department" unless they have the authority, permission and the intention to sue, it is illegal to make that threat. And even saying they have a "legal department" is misrepresentation and classifies as extortion to mislead. And if that IS the case, you have every right to ask for the name of the investigating officer and the case number. If they cant provide it, then they are full of sh*t, and you can sue them for extortion.

They keep calling my work line looking for an employee who used to work here. When I would tell them he is no longer here, the guy would get pissed and tell me that im just covering up for this guy and say he just talked to him 2 months ago so I must be lying. I urged this tele-dick that this person is actually not employed here anymore and to stop calling this number because it is a business, and he demanded forwarding information and other personal information. When I refused and advised that's a breach of confidentiality, he told me that I was now hindering their legal efforts and that I would be considered accessory to whatever this legal matter is and that I would have to answer for my crimes. What a wacko!

Got a call from ICE, wasn't sure what is was about...upon calling them back and FINALLY speaking with an agent after their faulty system couldnt forward me the first few times...i found out that they were calling because I had recently cut off my electricity because i was moving...they were concerned about my final bill...THAT I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED IN THE MAIL YET!!!!! I talked with alexandra who was nothing short of a rude b**** full of attitude...my best advice, call them back ask to speak with an agent and tell them to put down a note to not call you anymore, thats what i did...i also cleared my mind as i told them that i didnt need them on my a** about my payments, i never missed one in the past, didnt plan on starting. I was so upset i cursed both of them out...I can't believe my electricity has been off for 5 days and im already getting collection agency calls.

this company ICE are JERKS..the guy told me that I had better pay or else..and so I offered him $20. a month starting in Jan.2012..he said that was no good and could not wait till Jan. told him that is the best I could do..not good enough he said..and that they would do anything it takes to settle this debt..oh well go ahead and I told him that it is now Stats barred..he said that doesnt matter as it has to be paid. EXCUSE me but Stats barred means that collection agencies cannot come after you anymore.

I just answer the phone then put it down in front of the TV. They end up hanging up as they don't have time to listen to the TV over the phone.

I got a call from "Sunny" from ICE. I called him back left a message requesting further information. He left me a message on my cell with account details. I called and told him that any further communication btwn myself and this company would have to be done in writting and that I was not in a position to make arrangments on this account. He called and left threatening messages on both my work and cell voicemail that if I did not call him prior to 7 p.m. this evening he would send my account to the legal department. I responded to his message and very clearly told him that if he threatened me again I would be contacting my own lawyer. I also told him that he is NOT to be calling either my work or cell number to leave messages and any further contact would need to be done via email or snail mail.

ICE credit collections. They are very verbally abusive and try to use scare tactics to get you to pay faster. They will not accept payment plans even though they legally cannot refuse a payment arrangement. I didn't know what the hell was going on, just got a call saying I'm gonna be sued and borrow money to get this cleared up. It was awesome. They do NOT follow procedure for correct collections in Canada.

Also from Calgary we're getting repeat calls.  Says this is regarding collections and on voice mail says regarding a legal matter.  We had at some point time registered our number to not receive these unwanted calls.  What ever happened with that law or bylaw or whatever you want to call it.

I just got a call from "Joseph" at ICE legal default investigations reguarding my case number 1162479. He wanted to settle this matter out of court. I have no idea what he is talking about. I have no court cases or case numbers. Seemed stange so tried looking up Legal default at ICE, there is nothing that I could find. He did however ask for me by my real name. Strange....

LOL @ the Colby Donaldson one.  He's a former Survivor competitor.

I had a call from this number tonight; someone asking for "Ron."  I said there was no one here by that name, they said thanks and hung up.

This number always leaves messages saying that it is urgent to call them and they are looking for someone regarding a legal matter (I do not understand the person's accent and they speak very fast).  I wish this so called company stop phoning!!!  Can the police do anything?

My buddy was getting calls and still is in Calagary.

repeat annoying phone call in every morning!! S***!!!

Keep receiving calls sometimes 2 or 3 times a week from 1-905-264-6704.
It's a recorded message for "Colby Donaldson" urging him/her to call the 1-877 #.

Well I called the 1-877# only to get voice promts, finally left a message saying there's no colby here and to stop calling me.  Nothing ever came of it.

Who is this company and how can I get them to stop calling me?????
