a) 100% Non-Genuine (which they are)
b) Claims he's is FAKE computer technician / Windows certified (self-proclaimed? A+ certified? sells Mac software and has no idea what he's doing LMAO) What a loser
c) charges you extra for installing (sells Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite Pro 2013 for $200 and charges extra for installing)

All these software's are downloaded from Torrent Website. He himself does not not know's if they work or not

Danny is a good man..... I bought 2 softwares from him already and he does stand behind his products. He would also help you if you needed help to install over the phone. Danny is not a scam. He is legit business man. I will continue to buy from him as he provides great price and great quality product.

Oh for heaven's sake, all the other similar-sounding posts have been flagged as fake.  Give it up already!

This was reported today. Danny boy should be expecting some calls ... or maybe even a visit, these guys usually don't "call first" LOL!

Canaukaudiomart.com  appears to be a legit board dedicated to providing a place for Canadians to sell used audio equipment to other Canadians.

  Danny Chan seems to be a member of that board  who has been selling software packages that appear, based on the ridiculously low prices, ($40 for MS VISIO PREMIUM 2010, which retails for about $150 from legit dealers) is pirated Chinese copies of Microsoft software.   Also, many sites have  tons of positive reveiws about Danny, all showing the same names, wording and "peculiar"  grammar.    Proceed with  caution.

I have bought 2 Garmin 2012 update maps(North America and Europe) and they worked fine, Even to the point the 2013 maps came out a month after, he gave me the updates for free.  I have called the person, spoke to him and he's not a fake or scam seller.
