called would not say who he was calling from but harrassed me on the phone and actually hung up on me.  Threated me with the words - something will govern more action.  He would not listen to me nor answer the name of the company he was calling from or any information.  Really scary and I hope if someone else gets a call like this they report it also

I received several calls for somebody else from this number.  
When I called back, I found out that it was a collection agency called Global Credit & Collection.  
I found there website ( http://www.globalcollection.net/Consumers.aspx ) and contacted their main number.
They told me that they would remove my phone number from their files, and they did.

We are receiving harrassing phone calls for a person name Eileen.  When we tell them its the wrong number they hang up.  Very rude. Wouldn.t even tell us they were a collection agency but their messages are so harrassing we figure it was a collection agency.

They keep call my 15-year old daughter's number asking for someone else and I can't get them to stop.
