I received many calls from them and found out it is SPE - Society of Petroleum Engineers doing an Environmental Survey. The lady wouldn't give me any information about what the information was being used for, or how they got my number. She immediately apologized and "took me off their list" as soon as I mentioned I was on the National Do Not Call list.
Yikes!

Got a call from 905 481 3057. They left a 30 second message of mostly white noise, and in the last two seconds there was a high-pitched beep and an automated voice said "goodbye". Kinda weird/creepy.

Tired of dropping everything to answer calls like this, lots from this number.  I have answered it and it is dead then some woman's voice says "goodby" and click.
Can we not have our governments make it illegal for these and other repeated annonymous calls?  They are harrassment and nothing more.

905 481 3057. shows up as rogers communications mobile phone from hamilton ontario. dont know if its rogers doing telemarketing or someone bought a cell phone and has nothing else to do but annoy people

did a search again and it comes up Rogers communications mobile phone from Hamilton Ontario canada. Do you think if I called Rogers they could trace the phone?

9054813057!!! is calling us about 5 or 6 times a day!! I called bell and for a fee $10.95 you can have call screen...well that is quite expensive!! I too have tried to call the number back with the same results... rings and rings then says this number is no longer in service. Bell said they could not find the Number in their directory. I did the 411 search and it shows it coming from Florida. There must be some reason they call over and over...

Called me again today. Went to answering machine. Female caller said "Hello, hello, hello" and then hung up.
Please get rid of these idiots. They are breaking laws.

Called with short survey however still unclear who they were. Called back and no one answers and then disconnects

@Karen Walker Thank you for letting us know. I also receive calls from this number at least once a day. It's very annoying. I'm even on the DO NOT CALL list so that doesn't help. Therefore, what these individuals are doing is absolutely illegal and must be stopped.

receive a call from 905-481-3057 DAILY.  No return call available.   How can this be ?   Trying to call the number back, it connects, rings several times and then goes into a recording saying the number is no longer in service, to check the number or try again.  called BELL.  They said it is a telemarketer.  They are investigating and suggested to register with the 'do not call list - CRTC'.

this number called me today and when I called back it rang and rang and then clicked to an automated system saying that this number is not in service... really freakin' annoying!

Calls 2 or 3 times daily for past 2 weeks.

I answered the phone call before I realized that I should not do that.
