Thanks for the info. They left an automated message on my machine so I added a call treatment on my IP phone. Next time they call they will get forwarded to their own 1-866 number. Technology is wonderful!

"I actually picked up the phone and they identified that they were calling from PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, which is a collection agency in London, Ontario. I think they we're trying to collect on some credit card debt with TD VISA from 10 years ago or something. Because I know I don't owe anybody right now I didn't even bother continuing with the call. I dug up this info on the web:

http://www.occa.ca Ontario Consumer Credit Assistance 3 month break from paying creditors, no borrowing, no bankruptcy. Call back number that works to arrange a DNC is 1-866-873-6222. They were polite.
