from this number i got a lot of phone call .i got my phone number in recent time. the name they mention on their message is a diffrent name, no body called by that name in my household what shouid i do.

Collection agency act says "3 contacts in 7 days" in Ontario. If they don't leave a message and don't talk to you it is not a contact and they are within rights to call. Again - very simple - pay your bills and talk to them to set up arrangements. Avoiding calls is destoying your credit rating and not going to stop the calls

The number belongs to a collection agency in Mississauga, Ontario.
They are only to call you 3 times a week. You should file a complaint with the ontario ministry of consumer services. You can take it further and send a cease and desist letter through registered mail if you want them to stop calling.

Someone named "Nathan" called my place of business and left a message with a co-worker for either me or our HR Manager to call this person back - That we would know what it was regarding.

A "Mr. Simmons" is leaving numerous messages about "an urgent financial matter" that needs to be cleared up immediately. The call is from a Bell Canada leased line registered in Cooksville. The in person calls were preceeded by automated voice calls.
