My two telephones(different numbers) started ringing at the same time, I checked:

905-522-2928.
I didn't pick. No message left. I thought that automatic dialers were illegal.
This was the third time today, two times yesterday....
If you are a charity and want my money, why don't you use people to call? I can't talk to machines.

The removal of your number from their call list is a bunch of BS, because 3 weeks ago I asked to have my number removed
when I spoke to the caller and today they have started calling again.

Ya I've told them over and over to remove my number after saying my number to them over and over ofcourse but they won't. It's come to the point now where these companies are making us not want to cure cerebral palsy. Ofcourse this is government related and we need politicians to finally address the top issue concerned by our citizens that we are tired of being harassed by corrupt businesses with no options to stop the harassment. A smart politician will make actual working laws to protect our citizens from this harassment.

She's already called them and told them to take her number off the internal call list, and they keep calling so they are in violation of the law. Charities are exempt from the do not call lists; however, if the called party tells them to remove their number they must do so. I would think her next step would be to mail a cease communication letter. Perhaps that might get their attention. Oh, and just because you don't want a "charity" calling you does not make you uncharitable.

why are you putting the word charity in scare quotes, when it is an actual real and registered charity? it's the Ontario Federation For Cerebral Palsy, calling to ask for used items that they can resell to raise money. just call them up and ask them to remove your phone number, it's that easy.
on the other hand you might want to help them out. twice a year i give them things that i don't use any more, so they're quite useful to me in that regard.
charities are exempt from the DNC list in Canada, because lots of us are charitable and don't mind being asked to pitch in. clearly some of us aren't.

We are on the do not call list. Your "Charity" should not be calling me to begin with. I had 4 calls today and 3 yesterday (caller display is more truthful than you apparently). Secondly, I have called, left my number and asked to be removed and you still call. You give "charity" a bad name

Also, be careful because if you ever call this number back with BELL Canada, you'll get charged for what they call "LD network connection fee." I was charged $3. I think this organization is FAKE. Be careful!!!

They have an automatic dialer system. I have the two sides of a duplex house, connected from inside, but with two differnt addresses at the front. I have two different phone lines, one in each of the houses. Just now the two telephones started ringing at the same time, so I asked my son, what nomber is it showing on the display. The same number on both: 905-522-2928. We didn't answer. No message left. These b*****ds don't stop. This is annoying.
