There a scam.. They call me and my business 5 times a day ....they threaten to cut my head off ....They say that I'm a woman and I'm beneath there feet... I've called the cops they won't do anything about it.... They continue to call me 5 to 6 times a day for last year... I've given up no one will help me they just won't stop

I've called the cops they don't do anything about it ....I even set them up and had them in my home then once the where in I lost it!!!! Invite them to your home they will come on time and then invite them in and confront them... When my husband and I did it was quite satisfying.....

Yes these people have called me too... They call me sometime. 10 times a day ... They call and threaten to kill me even ...just because I told them to F off and stop the harassing phone calls ... When I call back the numbers the operate say the number doesn't  exist

I have never asked for Air Duct cleaning services. My number is on the "do not call list". Despite this I receive regular telemarketing calls from this company.
I have asked repeatedly for them to take me off their list and stop calling. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THESE REQUESTS! THEY KEEP CALLING, HANG-UP or YELL at you.
The number I found for them is 647-6565 and their address is listed at 3464 Kingston Rd. Scarborough. LOTS and lots of complaints against them on BBB and everywhere.
Not a good company - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and launch a complaint about them when they practice unethical business and marketing practices

Let us all Canadian buy an air horn from Canadian Tire, call this Saeed A., the owner of this company VIA Connections, at +92 333 3232940 using a spoofed Skype account and use this air horn to blow his ear drum. I am sure if 1,000 of us do this, it's enough to send at least some of them to hospital and stop calling us.

I employed Toronto Breeze , to stop the phone calls but also because I had not done any duct cleaning and had 3 dogs. The problem? they quoted $ 175 and eventually charged $440.A scam . Yes they did the work but I am not able to a***s what they actually did. Buyer Beware.

Glad to know I'm not the only one totally fed up with these idiots harrassing me virtually every day for months.  (Weekends we are spared).
Nothing works to get them to p****off.  My grandmother suggested blowing a whistle down the line.  I might be buying one soon.

I have had so many calls I finally got the truck to come out. I was very polite to the driver and told him I was sorry there was no work for him as my house doesn't have ducts. Every time I get a call from these people, they say they're calling for (from) Air (Ayr?) Duct Cleaning (the caller said his name was Sam at least once, but I don't think he's the only person who has called me), and they have told me that they're located in Toronto, but it's difficult to say for sure.  They won't tell me the name of the telemarketing company they work for (in any clear, intelligible way), and despite having warned them several times that my number is on the NDNCL list, and asking them to remove me from their internal list, they still keep calling at least once a week.

I will agree with Mike that they seem polite enough, until I start telling them about my DNCL status.  At that point, they stammer a bit, and usually just hang up.

I had the same situation, I was feeding my baby and this son of a B calls from of course V04132347250025 which is 416-399-8998.  I've been getting numerous calls from these "V" numbers and block them from my home phone, but they use another number to call.  I got so frustrated because I was also feeding my baby and I said to him, can you stop calling me, I'm on the government do not call list.  He tells me to F OFF, can you believe it?  I started cursing him, the PAKISTAN OR INDIAN MOTHER F%%%%ER.......these selfless, worthless peices of s*** where they can't find real jobs.  They are calling from either INDIA or PAKISTAN, because they cannot speak English very well.  HOW DO WE STOP THEM?

Hey guys I get the absolute same message/calls from the idiot everyday once a day at least Ive tried the polite way, I am also registered on the do not call list.  I have hung up and now I am about to start threatening the little f***.  Im sick of these calls.  Is there anyone that knows anything on how to stop this?  I recieve calls from "SAM" at AIR DUCT CLEANING SERVICES  from about 5 or more #'s and I have tried to call it back and it always seems to be piggybacking off of someone's private cell phone or phone lines.  heres a few numbers and name displays  "V04070403230026 at 416 558 9982" V04042129320026 at 905 887 2369"  "M04030335360026 at 416 908 5442" "V04030335030026 at 416 908 5442" "V03302328500026 at 416 908 5442" These are just the last few times that are listed on my call display as it only holds 20 at a time.  and this is all from this week alone.  I am getting sick and tired of being polite and having unwarranted calls.  Let me know if theres anything we can do.  Thank.

Received 4th phone call this month and 6th this year about airduct cleaing from this telemarketing office.  I've requested each time my phone number be deleted from their data base and filed complaint with National Do Not Call Registry (have been registered since Oct/08) after 2nd call all without success. Finally spoke with Bell and was advised that they could block my phone number against telemarketers.
Maybe everyone who has a complaint against this company should start calling repeatedly the telemaketer phone number or Super Fresh office phone number and over loading their phones with unwanted phone calls.

So these a***oles have been calling me an average of 10 times a week since the summer.  I've tried all the usual tactics mostly just swearing the hell out of them, but that's just been making me angry.  So courtesy of my brother, I tried this new tactic.  Treat it as a phone sex call.  I started out by asking what he's wearing.  This confused him so I repeated it again and again, letting him know that I really need a visual to get things going.  I could hear him talking to the other people around him saying "He wants to know what I'm wearing" so I knew I had him going.  Finally he told me that he's wearing blue pant, in an orgasmic state, I replied "oh blue panties, that's so hot... what else?"  Confused, he goes on, a black shirt, really playing it up, I go on "Oh yeah I love it, what about your bra, is it silk or lace?"  With that he hung up.

I really enjoyed this one because I had the guy so confused and flustered and wasted 3 minutes of his time.  He was so upset I almost felt sorry for him, but I lost any sympathy and compassion for these a***oles about 100 phone calls ago.

If you feel like you can use this tactic, please start out with "what are you wearing".  Get them talking about a common tactic that is being used to mess with them and maybe they'll clue in to get our group of the list.

I started getting calls from these guys when I moved into my new house.  After reading the reviews here and doing several internet searches, I got curious as to whether these guys were actually a scam or not.

So I decided to take one for the team and report back.  I have a friend who is a furnace guru, so I figured if it was a scam or they broke something I could get it fixed without breaking the bank.

Anyway, the guys at "Super Fresh Air Duct Cleaning" seem to simply be telemarketers.  They make arrangements for other local air duct cleaning companies to come out and do the work.  They offer a deal, and ask that you pay by cash.  Hopefully they are simply avoiding credit card and interac fees, and not doing any funky tax evasion stuff... I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.

In my case, they sent out a company called "Toronto Breeze Duct Cleaning", which is a company that has been in business for less than a year.  The Toronto Breeze guys did a pretty thorough job of cleaning the ducts, furnace and air conditioner.  They even custom-hacked a new humidifier pad for me, as I have found it impossible to buy the right size pad for my ancient humidifier.  The Toronto Breeze guys let me pay by cheque.

As for the "Super Fresh" air duct telephone guys, they seemed nice enough to me... my only complaint with them (and it is a big one) is that they are absolutely TERRIBLE at scheduling.  You would think that if your only job was to schedule appointments, you would be good at it after a while.  Not the case.  Scheduling the appointment was a process that wound up taking several weeks.

First, because they do these deals with other companies, it greatly restricts what day you can have your ducts cleaned.  In fact, they offer "discounts" if you book on a particular day, but what they really seem to mean is that that is the only day you can have your ducts cleaned.  I'm a busy guy so I scheduled a 10am appointment on the condition that the guys would be out of my house by 11am.  Note that this was NOT "Toronto Breeze", but another company.  At 10:55am that day I get a phone call saying they are heading over, and they are about 45 minutes away.  I told them not to bother coming, since they were supposed to be there at 10am.  They said they would call the "head office" (meaning Super Fresh) to reschedule.  Super Fresh didn't call me back.

A couple of weeks later, Super Fresh called me again with their standard telemarketing call, completely ignoring the fact that they screwed up my appointment.  I booked with them again.  This time I told them they had to come at 4pm or later.  The guy said he would have to check his manager's calendar as his calendar didn't go past 4pm.  Sigh.  I thought there were only two of them!  Anyway, he booked me for 4pm.  He called me back again to try to rebook the appointment for an earlier time on a different day, but I told him it was 4pm or nothing.

At 1:30pm on the day of the appointment, the Toronto Breeze guys showed up at my house.  My wife sent them away and told them to come back at 4pm.  They said they would go to the local Tim Horton's and sleep in the truck until 4pm.  At 4pm sharp they came back and did the duct cleaning, and they were out of the house before 5pm.  As I said up above, the Toronto Breeze guys did a good job as far as I could tell.  They didn't break anything or try to scam me in any way.

So, from my experience, Super Fresh is not a scam... I think they honestly want to clean your ducts.  They seemed fairly polite to me on the phone.  They are just terrible at scheduling.

Received a call from a blocked number to have my ducts cleaned.  I'm getting tired of getting these calls because I would never hire someone who contacted me via telemarketing, so I asked this clown who he represented.  First thing he told me was Air Duct Cleaning Services, so when I pressed him again he said Super Fresh Air Duct Cleaning.  I had a hard time understanding him, more because he was mumbling than from an accent I think.  But then he calls me a motherf*&^%$.  I couldn't believe it.  I've had telemarketers hang up on me but never swear at me.  I freakin' lost it.  They'll either never call me again, mission accomplished, or they'll call me more just to piss me off.

I would so like to find out who this is and have a little face to face time with this ignorant little prick.

This is one sick f*ck that calls with this number and also with a blocked caller id. Some useless piece of sewage that can't find a real job. Indian accent, perhaps - more likely pakistan.  Sick piece of slime that needs his a$$ roasted over hot coals.

This person called, she had a thick Indian accent, saying she was from something ending with the word services, I think its air duct. .when I asked what she wanted, she sounded nervous and I could not understand a single thing she said, I am sure its  telemarketer though.

have received numerous calls from this number about a duct cleaning, i guess they keep calling untill you are so exhaust from them that you say yes. they are incredible annoying and are calling after 9 Pm as well, we are going to report them.
