Someone should go and kick him in the f****n head

He works for D&A on behalf of the University of Toronto. He will even attempt to call you at work. He acts nice one minute, then gets quickly hostile. Very unprofessional, and often has his facts wrong. Call him back, and he won't even remember you. He probably handles dozens of cases and doesn't know his a** from a hole in the ground. Either way, pay the University their money, but don't negotiate or listen to this guy. Pay it at a chartered bank or Student Accounts - it won't affect your credit. Tell him you'll deal with the University directly, and tell him to stop calling you or your workplace.

this guy ray uses his cell number as well... he's so lazy he doesn't even do his research right... he ended up calling my sister's new cell number because we have the same initial... he introduced himself as a package delivery guy! mind you i don't even know why he's calling me....

he said he represents a LOCAL UNIVERSITY and asked to call back Urgently. name given was Ray Coretta
