I have not got a phone call in awhile from them cause i dont have the same number, but they keep harrassing me and telling me I am going to court and they are pressing legal charges if I dont pay them 801.79   Thats crrazy when I only borrowned $250  and paid back all but $50...Today I just got an email from them stating i need to conact them or they are going to court and freezing my social security number.  Help please...I have no job and 3 small kids who need me...i cant work cause I am disabliled cause of a car accident and my husband doesnt work either we barely survive on the governement funds.

THIS IS A SCAM the call is routed and they call at all hours.  yesterday I got a call at 8:53 am, 10:10am, 5:15pm and then again this morning at 7:27am

they claim to be calling about a payday loan.....I never had a reason for a payday loan and now they are collecting and threatening.  The FTC, BBB and local Attorney General have their information....  You can file a complaint at the FTC.org

I received the same messages from that number.  They called me at work and I could not understand a word they said.  I ended up paying them $477.00 one time and $375.00 the second time.  They said they would from payday or someother service for a loan with interest.  What do I do.  They called again on Friday and left me the same message.  Help Me.

Frustrated77, just tell them you know its a scam and you have called the payday loan company they say you owe money to and have reported them to the company and FTC and the legal authorities. it worked with me-only they called back and left very nasty msg on my phone about se... and that stuff. they did stop calling after i ignored them.

these people have been calling me over and over. telling me i owe money on a past due payday loan and if i dont pay up they will have to prosecute. they have called my work trying to get info on me. if anyone knows how to stop them, please let me know

i dont know if i got it resolved yet..they kept calling me these few past days and i finally talked to the guy sounds like indian same guy i talked to b4 and i told him too i found out they were tryna scam ppl and to take my number off their list..they literally called 50 times while i was at work from diff numbers..and he ended up tellin me the company will get a lawsuit against me and he hung up..hopefully the calling stops i dont know if it will but in the meantime i put a fraud alert against my credit report.

Did you get this resolved.  I told them it was a scam and the guy was very rude to me and told me they will press charges against me if I don't pay.  I don't know what to do?

i just got a call today from jeff williams from acs with the same email address..i flipped out cuz they said the same thing talking about a lawsuit if I dont pay, and I never have taken out a loan at all and they tellin me I have pay by tom $300..im like wtf do i do???

They keep calling saying I owe money.  They can't provide me with any exact info.  They e-mailed me a settlement form with payments.  I don;t want to send this because I can't confirm this bill

I have been getting these calls also.  I am now getting them from 818-483-4979,  646-810-8635, 642-214-9332.  They all have the same accent and I cannot understand them.  They threaten me and will not stop.  They recently told me that I had a payday loan in february from USACASHNET for 300.00.  I told them that there was not a deposit in my accout for that amount from those people.  I don't know their nationality by they come up with names like John Smith, Nancy Smith, Shawn Marshall, Danny Johnson.  I just dont answer anymore.  Is there anyway to stop these people?

Today i got a call from a Victor Kratz claiming to call from united legal services/ ACS inc. The email provided was acsinccorpusa@gmail.com He claims i have a fradulent pay day loan. If i don't pay them the loan the company will press criminal charges against me. I've been harrased & threatened all day at work. Same phone number 646-810-8635.

they are calling again right now over and over again. they have all of my personal information and my mother personal information.this time is a different person but a different number. they want me to call back to the same 646 810 8639 number.

they just started to call today all day long over and over again. they told me i had a payday over 750 dollars. i know for a fact that i never open a payloan online for that amount. they are threatening me and my mother for payments and i don't know what to do.

I get a call from "scott rogers/rodgers" everyday.  Same man-just changes his name.  He's such an idiot to realize I can tell it's the same man.  One day he call my place of employment and was "tom rodger" and he call my home and left a message that he was "scott rogers"....I don't even take the call anymore.  Usually when he calls it's 574-312-7014.  Caller ID says international number.

Got a msg to call 646-810-8639 asap.  This is a new number.  Previously they were using 646-652-0716.  If I don't know the number I let it go to voice mail.  These people don't give up.  Make threats knowing there is nothing we can do about it.  Previously I've told them to come and get me, no one showed up.  Something needs to be done about the people..

Today I get a call at home from a "tom rogers" call back number is 646-810-8639.  This is the third different number he has left for me to call just this week.  Tuesday it was "tom stevens" 904-201-3839.  Same guy that calls...all he does is change the number and his name.  Among the many different things about this is he doesnt know that I have all the messages saved on my answering machine at home and to my suprise, all the messages sound just like the same man.....IDIOT.

Its a network of "script kiddies" who compromised a database or two of payday loan applicants. They may have compromised the whole system. Just another band of cyber-extortionists who think they are hackers. These people are located in Jamaica, Queens, NYC.(IP Address: 66.249.71.2), Makati, Manila (IP Address: 116.50.155.242), Quezon City  (IP Address: 202.138.135.50) "Alex Vargas" called me after seeing one of my classified ads online. Little did he know I had tracking codes in my ads which gave me his ip addresses. I noticed many hits from the same ips in allmy ads nationwide. After a hit I would get a call from this guy acting like he was a salesman. I recognized his voice and his delivery method reminded me of one of these scammers. I have reason to believe this guy is our guy or one of them.

SCAM!!!! beware please. they start by giving a warning and lots of facts about yourself so you are inclined to believe them. tell them you are calling the police they will not be calling again

Megan, I got him to stop by having the local police call his number.  I also told him I was at the police station right now and so he could come "get me" if he wanted.  I then blocked his number from my cell, home, and also work was able to do that as well.  He has stopped calling for 3 weeks now.  It's so annoying that you have to go through this.  Apprently they got their information from payday loan application sites.  Because they are calling so early you can also report them to the do not call website if you are registered.

I got another call from "Office Tom Rogers" 646-810-8639 at my job.  He has a very heavy Indian accent.  I told him to stop calling here and I notified the police.  To that he responded "Ok see what happens to you now".  I just hung after that.  This is getting annnoying, he calls my job all the time, I don't even know how he got this number but my co workers are losing their paitents with him...

I have been getting calls from an "Officer Tom Rogers" for about 3 weeks now.  He calls my job and home numbers.  I thought it was a debt collector but it is a scam.  He threatened to come to my job and arrest me because there is a  subpoena against me.  He also said he has my social security.  I was told to contact the 3 major credit bureau and but a red flag on my social security #.  I recommend that all of you do it to.

Tweety, I blocked the number and I haven't heard from him.  Call your phone companies.  I'm sure they can block the number.

The name he uses with me is Officer Robert Tucker with the Investigation Headquarters.  This company (if you can call it that) is pathetic and needs to be stopped.  Keep running up your calling cards calling us but we won't answer Robert Tucker....  Go away.  I've contacted all the local authorities and the most interested was the local police.  They asked for all the recordings and information I had and said they would be investigating this.  The local news channel also was interested.

Tom Rogers/Rodgers-calls me everyday.  Even calls my home and leaves a message.  All he does is change his name/number.  Although for the past 2-3 weeks he has keep the same number. 1-646-810-8639. Hasn't messed up on the same for a couple of weeks.  He went by Tom Rodgers/Scott Rogers in one day.  I've told him several times not to call my work because it is not allowed.  He refuses to listen.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC.  I have been in contact with the IN State Attorney General's office.  They have all told me it's a scam and they can't do a thing.  They are not even in this country.  Anyone gets a call from this number.  Hang up and file complaints.

I'm with Qwest and they added the feature to block for free.  This low life also got my cell phone number and verizon blocked that for free.  I know that verizon has that feature as well with a land line.  Call your phone company and explain the situation.  They usually will help by blocking it for you.  You have to block the number that they are calling you from.

If I knew how to block the number I would.
