I am so fed up with this stupid telemarketing .When I use to work in telemarketing we stop calling people who did not speak English, so i played the role of not speaking English and instead i spoke many different languages!!! non of that helped. When i pick up the phone and not answer it but instead stay quite, the Pakistani or Indian man makes sexual comments. Today i decided to go ahead and let him talk about what he was selling. I agreed to hiring their company as long as i get a confirmation from supervisor. After talking to supervisor and complained about the calls and asked to stop calling me..... he hung up on me''(!!!

I asked for the reps name and he said Sam ( that is clearly not his real name) Supervisors name Tom. I asked for his real name and he said Eftihar.

Home Care Experts call me at least 1 week to clean the air ducts that I don't have in my apartment.  I can never get by the 1 st guy and I am on the do not call list since it came into existence.
Seems nothing can be done.

Home Care Experts called me to provide duct cleaning services. The agent, "Kevin McAllister", (you know - as in, the kid left by his family in "Home Alone") had a very strong Indian accent.  He told me that his best technicians were in my area "right now".  The price started at $125, then after he spoke to his manager, dropped it down to $115.  The longer I was on the line, he kept dropping the price, and finally tried to firm up a date and wanted me to "confirm" my address by giving it to him.  I told "Kevin" to tell me the address he had - afterall, he should've known it if he knew that his technicians were in my area. When I asked for a call-back number, he gave me 905-595-8644.  I told him flat out, that I wanted to check it out first, to see if this call was legit.
When I didn't call the 905 number, within minutes, he called me back to ask what happened.  I said that my husband just came home, and that I had discussed the service with him, and we were going to have a friend do it.  The call was then abruptly terminated by "Kevin" hanging up.

The actual phone for Home Care Expert Services is 905-595-8644. The person in charge is Ani Marshall. I am not certain I am spelling his first name properly. However, when you call this number the person who answers will tell you that there is no one there by that name even though Mr. Marshall is the supervisor. If you are able to press on and insist to speak to the one in charge you will be magically put through to Mr. Marshall. Mr. Marshall is a man who makes very little sense, if any. He will tell you that there are several companies that use the name Home Care Expert Services and that the company he works for (by the same name) cannot be held responsible. When asked why his employees do not know his name his answer is that "I should do something about that."

As for 905-595-8655 - that is the phone number of a legitimate company called Stericycle. I spoke with a executive of that company at great length. They are aware that their phone number is being used by Home Care Expert Services and neither of us can even begin to understand why they would do this. But they are fed up with it and are looking into what can be done legally to stop them.

Here is what I suggest. Call 905-595-8644 and ask for Mr. Marshall. Do this everyday. He said to me that he does not like being bothered by phone calls.

Called my number,  told them that my husband does duct cleaning for a living.  Then the guy began to talk to me in a sexual manner.  I asked for the manager then some guy named sonny came in the line.  I told him to never call my number.

So were you able to get them from calling you??  I have had the same problem for over one year.  Today I got the company and number, similar to your 905, but it did not work, as wanted to call the head office and complain.

I got them yet again today. The Do-Not-Call program should be closed down and all staff fired.They are uselessly outsmarted by our Indian friends on this one. If they can't do the job of shutting this down, then they should be fired. Plain and simple. As for Home Care Experts, I managed to get another number for them today. It is 905 698 0162, and Naveed seems like the man in charge. Number works, I called and got him. Give him a shout, but do *67 to block your number before you call. Tell him how much you love the service and telemarketing. I just did. ;)

this is the second time a man with pakistani or indian accent called after I explained to him I was on no call list both times time

told him both times I thought I he is personally liable for  15K fine and his company is liable for 15K fines but he just hung up on me both times

this morning I got a fax tone at 8AM from "private caller"

Someone from this number JUST called me. So annoying!

Claims to be from Home Care Expert Services at 905 581 4055. Offices in Ottawa/Nepean, GTA etc.

Caller id is blocked.

Very bad connection. East Indian accent.

I can find no company with that name.

I am registered on the no caller list.

This is the 3rd time this company has called here.

Their company name is Home Care Experts and they are not going to get away with it any longer

They have called my house more times than I can remember. Everytime I ask for the name of the company they say it is "air duct cleaning" obiously not a legit name. They hang up when you say "not interested"/ So today..they called my work. I decided to play along to get their company name and phone number. I will be reporting them now that I have the correct information. It is borderline harrassment and I am sick of it. I was not surprised to see all the postings on here. Is it wrong to say they are all Indian with "english names" like Mike and Andy?

Called from 905-416-9688 earlier in the day (twice).  Asked to have my name removed from ALL lists.  Agent said he would do that.

When he called again I asked to speak to a supervisor and he hung up.  Called them again and he hung up again.

Called them again this am but no answer.

Yeah, many times.
So far always hangs up when I answer.

Got a call this am, told caller (Mike - tho I doubt his name since his English less than 100%), that I am on the DNCL, he seemed unaware what I was pointing out to him.
When I asked why his number was appearing as UNKNOWN he did not have an answer, however he offered up this number for his office line.
No idea what these offices are doing blatantly breaking the laws.

Air duct celaning service.  If you answer the phone to them once they keep on calling...even after I told them we have electric baseboard heating, NO furnace and NO ducts to clean in this house.  Still they keep on calling

I just got a telemarketer call at 3:40 just now at 5 another "air duct cleaning call this time from this number. so sick of these calls. Not just from a few days ago a similar call now 2 in the same day a couple of hrs apart. I'm on the DNC list.
this time my husband says he was asking for someone else. so who knows whats up. the others they said are computer generated systems well the DNC list was made for exactly these ppl!
