Any unsolicited offer that finds its way to your email or mailbox is seldom ever legitimate. Do not reply. And stay away from any employment offer that requires you to pay a fee, no matter how small, up front.

wouldn't think so. With so many people "looking for employment" it's hard to believe legitimate "employment" would be taking the time to call and offer employment.
