Why call me

i got a call from this number and he said he is from CRA. he said that he is going to send police at my home and said we have done fraud with CRA. i was shocked. this is a fraud number and be careful about this number.

CRA always contacts you by mail - NEVER by phone.  Just tell who calls to F Off and hang up.

Just received a call from this number claiming to be canada revenue agency and the that matter is of an urgent nature. They also said they were an officer and that myself or my lawyer should get in contact with them. Be careful to not release any information including your name.

A person called me from this number today. I received phone and i found voice message. He (No name was told) claimed me that he is calling from the Canada Revenue Agency. It was voice message. I didn't response for three-four hours. I thought that i should call or response the message and thought again that it must be fraud person and number. As i called the number i came to know that it is a fraud person. Please be careful with this number.

My call actually showed up as 706-805-2031 from Hartwell, ga I also received this call the guy had a very strong accent and told me his name was ray morris. He also told me he was from microsoft and they had detected a huge amount of problems on my computer and that i would need to log onto my computer so that he could help me. I told him that it all sounded a little off to me so he gave me a website and a call back number......905-667-5578. He was quite rude and dramatic in his tone so I hung up. A few seconds later an unknown caller rang and it was the same guy.  Again he was very dire telling me my computer was about to crash so i told him that i wanted to speak to someone that i could understand. he said ok and supposedly put some one else on the phone. I then told that voice that i was hanging up and they were never to call again. The man on the other end then said a very obscene thing and kept repeating it, i hung up and put the call back number into search and it led me here.

The caller told me that he was Charlie and gave me a website and explained he was calling from Window Service Center. he told me they are calling all windows customers to help them with security issues. He even gave me a website to check out since I told him I was skeptical. I got a phone number from him and my husband called back. The guy answered Hello? My husband asked him some questions and told him he had the FBI on the phone recording the call when our buddy Charlie decided to hang up the phone. SCAM! And, the number comes up as unknown name/number on caller ID. This call comes from Toronto Canada.

They called and told my daughter that there was a problem with our computer (malware) and they needed me to call them.  Fortunately she didn't have administrative access to let them access our computer.

I received a call from 'Window's Service Centre' attempting to access my computer.  I managed to get this number off of the caller before I hung up.  The fact that I'm on the 'do not call list' is beside the point, as I'm sure that this was a scam call.

I just received a call from these people they too were telling me they were a windows service center all they needed me to do was give them access to my computer and they could show me the error messages they have been receiving over the last two weeks from my computer. I am suppossedly really at risk of having a dangerous virus attacking my computer and they can show me what it is doing if i let them in my computer. I said well i have a well known anti-virus program in my computer and have recently run scans and it is showing nothing wrong with my computer. The guy i spoke  with says yes well your antivirus program has been hacked and is faulty. I said well I find it hard to believe you have been getting error reports when i never send them. He says well sometimes they come to us anyway. I said really well how does that happen when I have been out of town for the last two weeks? How does my computer send you messages when it is powered off the whole time? The only thing he can come up with is well you still paid for the internet during that time didnt you? I hung up. When i called this number back I get a voice mail saying they only operate 12pm till 9pm so I should call back. I don't think so!!!!

These people tried to call and get me to install remote access software by telling me they could see that I had security issues on my computer. I had called back and got through to them and they used the names Dius Jones Richard Smith Mike Jones William Jones they say the company is windows service center and owned by a guy named William. When asked what the company's registration number was they hung up.
