I am receiving very disturbing phone calls from this number

Got this call several time even i have a unit that working in my house. though it doesn't saves as much as these telemarketers claim but i have certainly seen a difference of 15 to 20 bucks in past a couple of months. I guess its the legitimacy of the company that matter but my piece does works.

Just would like to confirm that I too received a call from these people and they wanted my credit card number. No discussion about any product and claimed my husband gave them my cell phone number.
Please remember DO NOT give your credit card to anyone over the phone. This is a SCAM.

Also received a phone call from this number. Caller had a heavy accent, but said his name was Calvin. He referred me to a website called East Coast Power Savers.com (legit site in the U.S. )
He gave me the number for a call back as 905 667-5642. I called the Hydro Company and they knew nothing about any such device . I called back and got an answering machine with a ladies voice (also heavy accent).
Left my number but no return call.

Says he is calling from Hydro Solutions working in conjunction with Hydro Board of Canada gave his name as James Scott caller id shows number as 760-705-8888. Trying to sell breaker box to reduce energy bill. Cost $199.00 with 3 month trial. Couldn't reach CRTC re no call list or the Hydro Board of Canada.
