Eagle Solutions: scam artists telling you that you filled out a survey and that you've won a prize.
They ask to drop it off: really they want to demonstrate their product: water filtration system.
It's a scam. The whole demonstration is a scam showing how your water is crap and that you need to buy their expensive unit.
